He reached Deep Sea City seeking rare materials and the Abyssal Sea Eye, but his Soul Hall identity was challenged when the Soul Envoy recognized that he had no Soul Clan bloodline.

• Pei Xuan revealed his fading soul and asked Jiang Lin to help him become a Dou Saint, agreeing to become Jiang Lin’s Artifact Spirit in return.
• Jiang Lin and Pei Xuan hunted magical beasts, forged an Azure Turtle Spirit, and gathered souls while Jiang Lin recovered on the island.
• Three Azure Merfolk encountered Shark Race attackers, and Jiang Lin helped drive the sharks away before posing as Hun Lin, a Soul Hall emissary.

Jiang Lin escaped the Merfolk Divine Hall with Hun Ke’er’s help, then traveled toward Jia Nan Academy under the identity Spirit Artisan. In Black Seal City, he forged and auctioned Autumn Maple, drawing offers from the region’s factions and securing a private trade with Han Feng.

• The Soul Suppressing Sword killed Fuhai Dou Zun and absorbed her soul, while Hun Ke’er revealed that Jiang Lin was Hu Lei’s disciple and demanded compensation from the Merfolk Race.
• Hun Ke’er led Jiang Lin out of the Deep Sea Divine Palace, explained the Super Sea Heart Flame and Abyssal Sea Eye, then took him through a Soul Hall teleportation array to the Western Domain.
• Hun Ke’er placed the Western Regions Soul Hall under Jiang Lin’s control and agreed to let him travel to Jia Nan Academy, where he hoped to use the Heaven Burning Qi Refining Tower.
• Jiang Lin adopted the name Spirit Artisan, announced his Sixth-tier Profound Weapon, and forged Autumn Maple at the Soul Hall outpost with Lu Protector’s help.

As his experiments with Heart Flame, souls, and Spiritual Particles advanced, his breakthrough caused a crisis in the tower while Xiao Yan remained estranged from Xiao Xun'er.

• Jiang Lin revealed his Soul Hall ties to Hu Qian and negotiated access to the Heaven Burning Qi Refining Tower, then traveled with Hu Qian and Hu Jia to Jia Nan Academy.
• Jiang Lin won Su Qian’s approval to use the tower by promising to establish an Artifact Forging Department, and he accepted Hu Jia as his disciple.
