Wei Fan became a Martial Saint, confronted the sealed evil born from Qi Daozhen’s failed transformation, and returned to the Wasteland as outsiders occupied its sect lands. He rallied the Wasteland’s people and began driving out the remaining occupiers while preparing to face the Qilin Ape Saint.

• Wei Fan killed the Young Azure Dragon King and numerous other pursuers, then entered Huangfu Qingyang’s palace and discovered the Eight Trigrams Yimu Cauldron and a woman inside it.
• The awakened Huangfu Nalan killed the Demon Saints attacking the small world and helped Wei Fan escape before its destruction.

Wei Fan traveled to the Eastern Domain Holy City, acquired new techniques, and killed Wang Family Martial Saints after the Mystic Maiden Pavilion failed to protect those who stood with him. As pressure mounted over his relationship with Feng Hua, Wei Fan and Li Jianchen joined Wei Ying’s mission to guard Leng during Dao Assimilation.

• Gu Qingshan captured the Black Nether Holy Son but killed him despite Wei Fan’s request to keep him alive, then took the Slaying Saint Sword.
