As if he had heard nothing, Oil Buddha continued excitedly, "A total of 860 contestants signed up for this Heart Exchange Competition. Let's welcome the other contestants!"

Oil Buddha grandly pointed toward the other twenty-nine pitch-black exits on one side of the arena.
The next moment.
A tremendous mechanical roar came from those openings.
No contestants emerged from within. Instead, enormous transport trucks nearly five meters tall slowly drove out.
The vehicles arrived in the center of the arena and began tipping their cargo beds one by one.
Clatter, clatter.
Mangled chunks of flesh poured out, piling into mountains!
The stench of blood instantly filled the entire venue!
Everyone watched, pale-faced, as the trucks continued dumping their loads.
In the end, a mountain of corpses nearly fifty meters high, comparable to a twelve-story building, had formed!
Great streams of blood instantly spread outward, covering the ground that had already been dyed red by old blood.
Severed limbs and steaming intestines occasionally rolled down as well!
The venue fell utterly silent.
Behind him, Span retched softly.

Amid the mountain and sea of corpses, he spotted the orc that had cut in line earlier. Its massive body was nowhere to be seen, likely ground into pieces. Only its head remained intact, and its single eye had fallen from its socket, dangling beside its ear.
