Power Progression
| Stage / Realm / Level | Chapter | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| B-Class / B7 cyborg | 196, 366 | Initially assessed as at least B+; identified himself as a B7 expert before Liu Di's Level 5 Magic Cube enhancement. |
| Unrated enhanced cyborg | 366 | Liu Di used a metal pod and a Level 5 Magic Cube to heal and enhance him. His resulting strength had no established rating; Liu Di tentatively suggested D-, E-, or F-class. |
| F-Class | 437 | Pushed his F-Class cyborg strength to its limit while fleeing Yulia Village. |
| Limiter released | 704 | With his limiter removed, he displayed markedly greater strength and agility against multiple opponents. |
| V-Class | 750 | After the Punishers' Magic Cube enhancements, Liu Di assessed his single-fist force at at least 100 tons and provisionally classified him as V-Class; poor coordination wasted roughly 85% of his output and damaged his own bones. |
| M+ cyborg | 963, 1001 | Operated in secret to protect Gemini and was later identified as an M+ cyborg. |
| S-Class cyborg | 1333 | Described his chest as S-Class while challenging Little Liu; Little Liu's Machine Cause punch still sent him flying. |
| Dissociated-state amplification | 1439 | During a split-personality episode, his original S-Class power unlocked further, increasing his combat power by more than threefold. |
Background / History
Kun Sang was a Thai baseball player who became a cyborg to avenge his wife, Bora. He survived early, imperfect modification technology with a success rate of no more than 3%; Liu Di later noted that reaching B-Class under those conditions had a probability below 1% 713. Bora was the true holder of the Diamond 2 card that Kun Sang wore, and she was killed by a Joker connected to the Poker Club 215.
He first encountered Liu Di while investigating a Poker Club Death Kill Order. Although he claimed not to be an assassin, he had already killed three Poker Club members in pursuit of the Joker; during their meeting, he redirected a rocket-propelled grenade with his bat 196. Liu Di eventually gave him the tattooed hand of Bora's murderer, bringing Kun Sang's long revenge quest to a close. Overwhelmed, Kun Sang pledged absolute loyalty to Liu Di 237.
Appearance
Kun Sang usually wears a black tracksuit or baseball uniform and carries a shiny metal baseball bat. Following his Level 5 Magic Cube enhancement, his musculature became visibly larger, stretching his uniform 216 366.
- Athletic, heavily muscled build.
- Chiseled muscles and numerous scars across his back 216.
- Often wears a black windbreaker while acting as a Punisher 367.
- Carries his metal baseball bat even during off-world missions.
Personality
Kun Sang is hot-blooded, competitive, boastful, and openly obsessed with becoming the strongest fighter in the universe. He repeatedly seeks duels with Liu Di, Little Xia, Little Liu, and virtually anyone he considers powerful; even after being defeated, he treats the experience as motivation to improve 197 201 367.
Beneath the bravado, he hates evil, is deeply devoted to Bora, and is notably sincere about repaying Liu Di for avenging her. Liu Di considers him someone worth befriending because of his straightforward nature and hatred of evil 201 237. He is also simple-minded and compassionate: he worried for Little Liu during the Beast Arena and wanted to forfeit rather than risk the child's safety 1361.
His courage is inconsistent with his fears. He can confront powerful cyborgs without hesitation, yet panics around radiation-mutated villagers and creatures. After recalling the kindness Yulia Village had shown him, however, he acknowledged that its residents had good hearts 437 440.

- His immense output initially exceeded his reflexes and skeletal tolerance, causing severe bone pain and major internal energy loss 750.
- An 11th-tier Magic Cube modification initially destroyed his body; Liu Di placed the pod on infinite restart in pursuit of its stated 0.1% chance of success 713.
Absolute Hit / Precision Strike
Magic Child named Kun Sang's consciousness-based ability Absolute Hit. Later accounts refer to the same precision-based combat trait as Precision Strike 201 442.

Baseball Combat
Kun Sang combines cyborg power with professional batting technique, treating combat as a baseball game.

Notable Quotes

Trivia

- Despite constantly calling himself the Universe's Number One Expert, Liu Di openly told him that title was impossible because Liu Di himself existed 713.
