Lothwiser wearily opened her eyes and covered her face with the teddy bear beside her pillow. "Go away... I want to sleep."
"Get up and take a bath. Don't you usually love being clean?"
With that, Leon stepped forward, grabbed Lothwiser by the arm, and tried to pull her out of bed.
Lothwiser had no strength to resist. She staggered out of bed without even having time to put on her slippers.
Leon led her into the bathroom. "Wash up."
Lothwiser stood beneath the showerhead, her arms and tail hanging limp. It was as though her body had woken up, but her soul was still lying in bed.
Not until a stream of warm water ran over her did she jolt fully awake.
"Are you sick, Leon? You were at it all night too, weren't you? Aren't you tired? Aren't you sleepy?"
Her answer was the darkness that suddenly swallowed the bathroom.
Before Lothwiser could react, Leon stepped forward and pulled her into his arms.
