Background and History
Noa initially kept her distance from Leon, who had been in a coma during her early childhood. He began tutoring her with dragon-race test papers and Magic Fundamentals, and their relationship gradually improved. She earned a perfect score as the youngest candidate in Saint Hiss Academy’s entrance examination 28 31 48.
At the academy, Noa placed first in three reported subjects and third in physical fitness. She was upset by the third-place result until Leon pointed out that she had won nine of ten practical sparring matches against older, larger classmates. She later asked him to teach her more Lightning magic 51 129.
Noa had long noticed strain within her family. Seeing Losweiser unhappy while Leon was in a coma led her to resolve to protect her mother; as the eldest child, she also took on much of the care of Muen and, later, Little Guang 58 144 307. She keeps a wooden box of family mementos, including a Rubik’s Cube Leon made for her, an essay about her parents’ Sky City date, and a family photograph 273 335.
During a Far North assessment, Noa’s contact with Primal Power brought the ancient Dragon King Noah into her consciousness. Noa resisted the ancestor’s attempts to control her body and negotiated limits on its use. The two later worked together to cultivate Primal Power 374 376 377 466.

Noa has long black hair with silver highlights and a habitually cool expression. She closely resembled Muen when they were small, but unlike her sister, she had no ahoge 20.

She prefers to earn a victory rather than have one given to her. In combat, she analyzes opponents and adjusts her tactics, though her aggressive style benefits from Helena’s reminders and control. Noa also tends to hide injuries or worries to keep her younger sisters from being frightened 453 493 507.
