The giant ape had an entirely different experience. Before its eyes, Long Haochen and the young girl Sisi had vanished. Viscous Light Element coated its body, not only making it feel as though every step was impossible, but also filling it with terror. The fiery red glow that had originally shone from its body had completely dimmed, and even the dark golden sheen that should have reflected off its fur had vanished, leaving only blackness.

Absorption of light. All power related to light would be absorbed by the Domain of the Light God. What Long Haochen had unleashed at this moment was the most basic ability of a domain: enhancement and weakening.

He slowly raised the divine sword in his hand. Long Haochen wanted to see just what level his domain had reached.

Back during the Temple Grand Competition, Long Haochen had used the evolutionary power of the Domain of the Light God in his battle against Yang Haoyu. But at the time, Yang Haoyu had forced him into it, and he had been completely unable to control his evolved domain.

This time, however, was entirely different. Long Haochen discovered in astonishment that within this natural world brimming with life, once his domain completed its evolution, its originally intense golden color vanished, leaving behind only a faint seven-colored sheen. Yet that rainbow glow spread across everything around him.

The feeling was extraordinarily wondrous. Every plant, even the earth and air, became extensions of his spiritual energy and perception. What he controlled was their life.
