Chapter Summaries

Three months later, Longinus attended a gathering of kings in the Holy Land and secretly gave Wapol a second personality. That night, the new personality used Wapol’s body to begin exploring the forbidden Gods' Domain.

• Longinus arrived at the Holy Land with Neptune, Shark Star, and Jinbe, where the kings and crowds greeted him with admiration.
• Wapol insulted Longinus and dismissed the Marines, but Longinus calmly let the confrontation pass.
• Longinus used his gaze and Observation Haki to create a second personality in Wapol, intending to use him to explore the Gods' Domain.
• After nightfall, Wapol’s second personality took control, considered the limits of the body, and slipped out to discover a route for a future invasion.

Longinus used Wapol’s body to sneak into Gods' Domain and test the defenses around a strange temple, but Wapol was erased as soon as he entered. Imu questioned the Five Elders about the intruder and ordered them to prevent anyone else from entering the temple.

• Longinus guided Wapol through Gods' Domain and spotted an ancient, columned temple that reminded him of the building where Imu kept the enormous straw hat.

• Charlotte Linlin happily ate roast meat during the family’s welcome-back banquet while Katakuri recounted events from the family’s seven-year absence.
• Katakuri told the family that Longinus had become the strongest admiral, prompting them to give up hope of revenge against him.
• Katakuri revealed that the King of the Near Sea had bitten off Red-Haired’s left arm, leaving the family bewildered.
• Katakuri and the Charlotte Family read a joint proposal from several kings accusing Big Mom of violating them and calling for war against the Big Mom Pirates.

• Issho used gravity to disrupt King’s flight, but King escaped with powerful wingbeats and flew away to seek Enel.

Longinus and the Marines fought the pirate alliance in the New World until Red-Haired arrived and called for the war to end. The Five Elders also learned that Impel Down was under attack and ordered Akainu to send reinforcements, leaving him furious at their commands.

• Longinus overwhelmed Apophis while the Five Elders learned the Marines held the advantage in the New World battle.
