At those words, the smug Red Ponytail instantly turned into a cat whose tail had been stepped on.

"This only happened because you damn Fairy Tail people forced us into it!"

"We forced you?"

With a cold laugh and a shake of his head, the Guild Master shouted sternly, "Jose, I'm giving you one last chance. Leave immediately, and never come looking for trouble with us again!"

"What kind of joke is that?!"

As his shout fell, Jose charged at Makarov, waving two clusters of dark purple light.

"Drive out the darkness—Light of Rain!"

"Boom!"

After their exchange of probes, the two switched positions and faced each other once more.

"Jose, I'll give you one final minute to think it over. Otherwise, I'll act in accordance with Fairy's Law of Protection!"

"I made my decision long ago. Go die!"

"Buzz!"

The instant the final word left Jose's mouth, a violent tremor suddenly rippled through the air.

"Then prepare to face Fairy Tail's wrath!"

As he spoke, Makarov ignored the Red Ponytail moving sideways toward him and slowly brought his palms together until they formed two parallel lines.

"Fairy Law... activate!"

"Buzz!"

In an instant, dazzling golden light appeared between the Guild Master's palms, completely enveloping Jose and the Transformers below.

"Hm? (Sonia)"

"Boss, this looks like the Guild Master's... (Erza)"

"Hehe... Looks like the Guild Master was really provoked this time!"

"Oh no!"

Watching Sonia fly outside after turning around, the Fairy Queen chased after her while loudly reminding her, "Boss, Fairy Law only targets enemies. Natsu and the others will be fine!"
