Lazy God's Special Training

A clear breeze suddenly swept through the pristine sky, carrying puffs of white cloud into the distance. (Classic scene homage in progress.)

"Rustle, rustle."

The sound of leaves stirring startled the deer below, making it stop feeding and warily scan its surroundings.

"Tap, tap."

Compared to nature beneath the clear breeze, the deer's footsteps were nearly imperceptible. But to someone sleeping soundly, the noise was no less than an alarm clock at full volume.

"Mmm~"

After rubbing his bleary eyes, the black-haired youth stared up at the sky overhead and fell into deep thought.

"What a lonely sky!"

"Bellow!"

Just then, the deer in the distance suddenly let out a low cry, its hooves repeatedly striking the ground.

"Huh?!"

Before the black-haired youth could sit up, low growls sounded around him.

"Wait... don't come near me!"

Ignoring his warning, the alpha wolf licked at the drool by its mouth and continued leading its pack toward him.

"Stop!"

"I'm not your enemy!"

"Awoo~"

At the signal to attack, the black-haired youth seemed to see something terrifying. He squeezed his eyes shut, lowered his head, and weakly stretched both palms forward.

"Roar~"

Just as the alpha wolf's claws were about to slash the black-haired youth, a surge of black mist burst from his body.

Thud.

Thud.

Before the wolves even had time to react, the black mist swept through the pack, leaving several corpses on the ground.

Buzz!

After killing the wolves, the black mist did not stop. Within a few breaths, the entire island had become a dead zone.

"No... you can't come near me..."

After seeing the state of his surroundings, intense self-reproach welled up in the black-haired youth's empty eyes.

"I'm sorry... I never wanted to take anyone's life!"

"Did the world abandon me, or did I abandon the
