The purpose of giving this fragile sniper, Zero Point, this enhancement was not to have him fight using Vampire Bloodline, but to let him lock his health after being attacked and launch a second attack. That would maximize his utility.
Later, he could also enhance Telekinesis and Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, that wheelchair combination. Once his sniper rifle became less useful, he could build an entirely new combat system.
High-level vampire enhancements, Telekinetic Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, and a pseudo-Third-Stage Gene Lock would make him a solid core combatant even in the final battle.
Zero Point had no objections to Uchiha Gen's recommendation and immediately contacted the Main God to begin the enhancement.
For the same price of a Rank D Sub-plot and eight hundred reward points, Zero Point gained the mutated bloodline of a Vampire Baron. It retained every advantage of vampires while removing all their weaknesses, such as fear of sunlight, silver, and garlic.
Zero Point had looked thin but sturdy before. After the enhancement, he now possessed an additional touch of bewitching beauty.
Compared to Werewolf Bloodline, which only improved physical attributes, Vampire Bloodline provided somewhat fewer physical boosts but added vampire energy. It also allowed one to grow stronger by drinking blood or recover their condition.
Of course, the Main God would not explain any of that. Reincarnators had to explore it themselves.
