Several days passed in a flash. Madara continued writing his legend in the Soul Fighting Arena, while Dai Mubai had not appeared during those past dozen days, leaving Madara, who had been waiting all along, somewhat disappointed.

Could he have been scared out of his wits?

If that was the case, then he really was trash!

Outside the Soul Fighting Arena, a group of young men and women dressed in various outfits but all wearing masks stood there, looking up at the enormous building.

"This is the Soul Fighting Arena! If you want to graduate, you must obtain a Silver Soul Fighter badge!" A middle-aged man with a shoehorn-shaped face adjusted his glasses and explained to his students with a smile.

"Headmaster! We understand!" the young men and women replied loudly in unison.

"Remember, you must protect yourselves!" The middle-aged man known as the headmaster nodded and spoke solemnly to the students behind him, his tone filled with unconcealed concern.

"Don't worry, leave it all to me!" A Soul Master with a head of golden hair, a large build, and one red and one blue Evil Eye pounded his chest and promised, "I'll take good care of Xiao San and the others!"

"Good! Mubai, take them to register!" The headmaster coughed, signaling Dai Mubai with his eyes to hurry up and get them registered.

"Understood! I just happen to have an enemy to settle things with here!" A fierce gleam flashed in Dai Mubai's eyes as he cracked his knuckles with confidence.

"Wonderful! I'll go place a bet right now. I'm definitely going to make a killing!" After Dai Mubai led the students away, Flender rubbed his hands together with a crafty grin and hurried inside to place his bets.

"Boss Dai! What is the headmaster going to do?" Having just registered with his companions, Tang San curiously asked Dai Mubai beside him.

"What else could he be doing? He's definitely going to place bets!" Dai Mubai curled his lip and said with absolute certainty, "He's definitely trying to make another profit!"

"What?" Xiao Wu widened her eyes in disbelief and said indignantly, "How can he do that?"

"He's always been like this! You and Tang San have seen how stingy our headmaster is!" Dai Mubai rolled his eyes and replied irritably, clearly well aware of his headmaster's miserly nature.

"By the way, Boss Dai, why have you insisted on entering Soul Fighting matches lately?" Tang San hesitated for a moment before asking.

"I met someone a while ago and suffered a small loss. Today, I'm just getting it back!" Dai Mubai smiled, but the cold glint in his eyes made it clear that he was not joking. "I had someone arrange this match with him!"

Dai Mubai had gone to the Soul Fighting Arena officials. He had originally thought finding the person who had attacked him would take some effort, but to his surprise, the person in charge had welcomed him warmly and told him that if he wanted to challenge that enemy, they could arrange it at any time.

Though Dai Mubai had no idea what was going on, he was still quite excited. He completely failed to notice the pity in the official's gaze.

"Then be careful, Boss Dai!" Perhaps because he cultivated the Mysterious Heaven Skill, Tang San vaguely sensed something ominous. Rubbing his brow, he spoke up.

"I admit that my enemy is pretty strong, but I'm no pushover either!" Dai Mubai looked extremely confident as he declared solemnly.

"I hope so!" Tang San still felt that something was off, but he forced a smile.

"Xiao San! Wait for my victorious return!" Dai Mubai patted Tang San on the shoulder before heading toward the Soul Fighting area.

Just after Dai Mubai left, Headmaster Flender came over with a livid expression, asking anxiously, "Where is Dai Mubai?"

"He just went up on stage!" A chubby boy at the side named Ma Hongjun answered, not understanding what was happening.

"Oh no, oh no!" Flender's face was full of anxiety as he paced back and forth uneasily.

"What happened, Headmaster?" Zhu Zhuqing looked calm and cold, but she could not help asking with concern.

"I just went to place a bet at the Soul Fighting Arena!" Flender sighed and slowly recounted what had happened.

After separating from everyone, the first thing Flender had planned to do was place bets at the Soul Fighting Arena. After all, who would refuse an opportunity to train the students while earning a little money?

But to his surprise, when Flender arrived, the odds for this match left him dumbfounded.

Dai Mubai's odds were one hundred to one, while someone named Blood Pupil Asura on the other side had odds of five hundred to one. Yet even so, almost no one was betting on Dai Mubai to win.

That alone was enough to explain the problem: no one believed Dai Mubai could defeat his so-called enemy.

Flender even occasionally heard people asking how long Dai Mubai could last against that god of slaughter.

This was a huge problem!

Although Flender was stingy, he still cared about his students. Without even placing a bet, he hurried back, hoping to stop Dai Mubai.

But he was clearly too late. Dai Mubai had already stepped onto the Soul Fighting stage with utmost confidence.

"Let's go take a look!" Seeing everyone so worried, Tang San suggested.

"Fine! If things really go wrong, I'll intervene!" Flender nodded, then turned to reassure his equally worried students.

"With the headmaster here, there shouldn't be a problem!" A somewhat effeminate boy named Oscar comforted everyone.

I hope so, Tang San silently thought.

"Hello, everyone! I'm sure you have been waiting for a long time! Today, our Blood Pupil Asura will once again get to enjoy battle!" The young host spoke in an impassioned tone, stirring up the atmosphere.

"Let's see which blind fool actually dared challenge Asura, the god of slaughter!" The young host wanted to keep warming up the crowd, but the audience below clearly did not have that much patience and showed him no courtesy.

"Get off the stage! Get off the stage! We didn't come here to watch you!"

"Start already! Why are you wasting so much breath up there?"

"Since everyone is so excited, I hereby announce that the match between Evil-Eyed White Tiger and Blood Pupil Asura has officially begun! Contestants, please take the stage!"

"The first to take the stage is our poor Evil-Eyed White Tiger, who fears nothing because he knows nothing!" Though the host sounded serious as he introduced him, his lack of optimism was plain to hear.

Dai Mubai felt as though he had been insulted. When had he ever been looked down on like this? Yet he had no intention of arguing. Slapping them in the face with his strength would be the best rebuttal.

"Look, look, look! Another fool who doesn't know his own limits, coming here to die!" The surrounding audience began jeering, some even whistling frivolously.

"I bet he won't last thirty moves!" someone shouted at the top of his lungs.

"Did you really need to say that?" another person immediately retorted disdainfully.

"You people..." Dai Mubai was like a powder keg that could be ignited by a single spark at any moment. Veins bulged across his forehead as he rasped.

"Too boring!" Dai Mubai threw back his head and roared. The aura of a Three-ring Soul Master made many people struggle to breathe, and all the noise abruptly fell silent.

"Is that so?"

In the now pin-drop silent Soul Fighting Arena, that question sounded particularly abrupt.

Endless bloodlust poured from the entrance on the other side. A pair of blood-red eyes stood out sharply within the dense darkness.

Uchiha Madara had arrived on the battlefield!
