After escaping through the Gate of Reception with Jialan and Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, Lin Qiye woke at a Tokyo club as the Red Moon’s influence spread through Japan.

• Amamiya Haruki brought King Mask to Wu Xiangnan, who recounted Blue Rain Squad’s tragedy and said he had found a way to kill Susanoo, and King Mask agreed to help in exchange for an item from Takama-ga-hara.
• Merlin took Lin Qiye and Jialan through the Gate of Reception, where they saw the Red Moon, the ruined realm, and corpse beasts formed from fallen gods.
• Lin Qiye uncovered murals showing Tsukuyomi attacking Amaterasu under the Red Moon, then learned Susanoo was being corrupted as well.
• Merlin brought Lin Qiye to the Yata no Kagami and sealed Takama-ga-hara’s accumulated Power of Faith inside him, while Jialan told Merlin she had waited two thousand years for Lin Qiye.
• As Lin Qiye and Jialan fled, Merlin stayed behind to face Susanoo, who pursued their carriage with Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi beneath twin Red Moons.
• Jialan revealed that Cupid’s Arrow was fake, then gave Lin Qiye her remaining immortal power, and Lin Qiye deflected Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi with Mortal Divine Domain and escaped through the closing gate with her and the sword.
• Merlin wounded Susanoo with the Extinction Sword Curse and escaped Takama-ga-hara, while Jinian’s cruise ship rescued Lin Qiye and Jialan and headed for Japan as riots and monster attacks spread.
• Jinian brought the Shang Xie Association to its Tokyo base, where Lin Qiye woke with Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi in hand and realized his Mortal Divine Domain had kept him alive by consuming his Mental Power.

Lin Qiye joined Jinian’s effort to destroy the Human Circle and free the souls bound in the Yata no Kagami, then fought the Red Moon’s Corpse Beasts while trying to protect its people. As Osaka endured Lin Qiye’s vast spell, Amamiya Haruki’s group awakened a Corpse God beneath Mount Fuji.

• Lin Qiye learned that Jinian had brought him to the Human Circle because a mysterious man had told her to keep him alive, and he lent the Shang Xie Association Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi for its plan to destroy the Yata no Kagami.
• Jinian explained that Jialan was drawing time from the River of Time to rebuild her immortality, while Lin Qiye realized he loved her and chose to stay in the Human Circle rather than leave in search of help.
• Lin Qiye flew to Osaka with Jinian’s Heart of Purification, where he found Yurina Takishiro near death after he had saved civilians from a Corpse Beast.
• Lin Qiye summoned his orderlies, built a vast Magic Array, and used the Heart of Purification to draw Corpse Beasts toward Osaka, where Black Sun Sacrifice began killing them.
• Baili Pangpang, Cao Yuan, An Qingyu, and Shen Qingzhu arrived to help Lin Qiye, while An Qingyu treated Yurina Takishiro and Shen Qingzhu rallied the Black Killer Group to support the operation.
• Lin Qiye used Tyrant’s Wrath, amplified by a meditation cushion, to force people throughout the Human Circle to their knees and stop their violence as the battle against the Corpse Beasts continued.
• Warrior Princess pulled Mountain of Burial from Mount Fuji, but a Corpse God emerged from the Heavenly God’s corpse beneath the mountain and attacked Amamiya Haruki’s group.
• Amamiya Haruki gave Yurina the wooden box of Magatsu Blades and ordered Yurina and Koyuan Yoshiki to escape, then drew Rain Collapse to face the Corpse God.

Yurina and the others united the Nine Calamity Blades, allowing Lin Qiye, King Mask, and Wu Xiangnan to enter Takama-ga-hara and kill Susanoo. The Primordial Celestial Venerable then destroyed the second Red Moon and summoned the Heavenly Court above Takama-ga-hara.

• Amamiya Haruki and the Warrior Princess fought Ōyamatsumi as it raised Mount Fuji and crushed them inside a sphere of stone, until Yurina Takishiro deflected its attack and saved them.
• Yurina Takishiro completed the ritual that joined the nine Magatsu Blades, becoming their Spirit of the Artifact while the Human Circle collapsed and its people entered the blade world.
• Yurina Takishiro wielded the divine Magatsu Blade to kill Ōyamatsumi, while Yurina became its blade spirit and Lin Qiye learned that Jialan might take hundreds of years to awaken.
• Lin Qiye, King Mask, and Wu Xiangnan entered Takama-ga-hara through the Gate of Reception and fought Susanoo with Divine Calamity, Yiyuan, and Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi.
• Lin Qiye used Merlin’s forbidden spells to restrain Susanoo, giving Wu Xiangnan the chance to awaken the Solar Law and kill him, after which Wu Xiangnan disappeared to rejoin the Blue Rain Squad.
• A new Corpse God rose from Susanoo’s corpse, but Lu Wuwei carried Lin Qiye and King Mask to the gate, and Guang Chengzi, Taiyi, and Yu Ding cleared their way.

As Great Xia prepared for war, Shao Pingge withdrew his protection from Shangjing so Chen Han could prove himself as the city's next captain. Lin Qiye’s recruits faced a Mystery outbreak across the city, and Lin Qiye intervened when Fang Mo and the others were overwhelmed.

• The Daoist destroyed Takama-ga-hara, and Lin Qiye returned to Great Xia with Yurina Takishiro and his companions as Kronos repaired the lunar seal at the cost of a century of lifespan.
• The elderly King Mask explained that he could not save everyone lost in the Time Loop, then vanished after King Mask forgave him, and Lin Qiye later entered Divine Calamity and danced with Yurina Takishiro.
• As the foreign pantheons prepared for conflict, Zuo Qing ordered Lin Qiye to train the recruits within ten days, while Shao Pingge prepared Chen Han to succeed him as Shangjing City's captain.
• Shao Pingge removed his aura from Shangjing, allowing Mysteries to stir as Chen Han faced the city's threats, and Lin Qiye monitored the recruits while they confronted Mysteries across town.
