• Lin Qiye crossed Jinnan Mountain alone, earned the Heart of Azure from Yuan Gang, and began adapting his swordsmanship to Chen Muye’s twin-blade style.
• Lin Qiye brought Nyx into the real world, visited his family with her, and persuaded her to leave Great Xia after Yuan Gang discovered her presence.
• Chen Muye warned Yuan Gang that the Training Camp was targeted, and missiles struck the camp and the recruits’ route after their suppressed Mental Power was released.
• Lin Qiye used his Divine Forbidden Zone to shield the recruits from missile fragments, then learned that Snake Woman and the Ancient God Church had targeted him or Baili Tumming.
• Attackers from the Abstinence Hall ambushed Baili Pangpang and Cao Yuan, but Lin Qiye killed the female archer and Gaunt Man, restrained Cao Yuan’s rampage, and took the two to a noodle shop.
• Lin Qiye arranged for Shen Qingzhu to guard Baili Pangpang during the holiday, then joined Hong Ying, Wen Qimo, and the others as snow fell over Cangnan.

• Lin Qiye killed Scorpion One and the other Mad Scorpion mercenaries after learning that they served Medusa and threatened his family, then reunited with Auntie and Yang Jin for New Year’s.
• After a blast at Baili Pangpang’s hotel, Snake Woman confronted Lin Qiye, but Han Shaoyun intervened before Team 136 and Yuan Gang arrived to face him.
• Team 136 fought Han Shaoyun as he unleashed Great Wind Disaster, and Chen Muye revealed his Black Wuchang Forbidden Ruin while the team worked together to wound him.
• Wu Xiangnan detonated explosives against Han Shaoyun but survived through Rebirth, and Shen Qingzhu then drained the air from Han’s storm while Yuan Gang subdued him.
• Chen Muye killed Han Shaoyun, who warned that The Whisperer would return, and the team considered whether other Night Watchmen might be controlled by the Ancient God Church.
• Lin Qiye returned to the Training Camp, where Yuan Gang awarded him a Star Medal and Shen Qingzhu a Starlight Medal for their roles in the battle.

Lin Qiye and the recruits faced three River-level Mysteries during the Training Camp’s Carnival Day drill, defeating the creatures and uncovering the spatial maze’s secret. Lin Qiye brought the Soul Weaving Spider and the Chaos Cube to the Psychiatric Hospital of the Gods, then began a summoning ritual with the Cube’s fragments.

• Lin Qiye learned Instructor Gu was recovering in a psychiatric hospital and sought him out, while Merlin began to consider Lin Qiye’s argument that their world was real.
• Yuan Gang launched Carnival Day with three captured Mysteries, and most recruits fell into a mental trap as the instructors and camp staff vanished.
• Lin Qiye led recruits against a spider Mystery and a Sound Hunter while Baili Pangpang and the female soldiers helped free trapped souls and protect survivors.
• Lin Qiye found and destroyed the Chaos Cube controlling Building Three’s shifting spaces, while Shen Qingzhu’s group injured the Spider Child and Molly shattered another creature.
• Lin Qiye killed the Spider Child after stunning it, and Yuan Gang ended the drill and gave Lin Qiye a score of 19 while Lin Qiye kept the Cube’s remains.
• Lin Qiye recruited the Soul Weaving Spider, whom he called A Zhu, and the Chaos Cube as hospital orderlies, then left Li Yifei to supervise them alongside Nyx and Merlin.

• Lin Qiye contracted with the War Mummy, which consumed the weapons in the warehouse, while Yuan Gang investigated the missing stock.
• The recruits received their assignments, then Lin Qiye led a rescue team into the mudslide-struck villages as Yuan Gang was trapped in The Whisperer's Nightmare.
• When Shen Qingzhu's group was attacked, Lin Qiye sent rescuers to help and lured the remaining enemies away from the survivors.
