Lin Qiye explored the ruins of Japan’s Human Circle, reunited with Baili Pangpang and Jialan, and learned how the Circle was made and ruled. After escaping to the True World, he and his companions were met by Shen Qingzhu and a large Black Killer Group convoy.

• Lin Qiye and Amamiya Haruki explored the Land of Chaos and Disorder, captured Wei Dong with help from A Zhu’s Catering Department, and followed Wei Dong’s map into a torii-bound shrine.
• Lin Qiye and Amamiya Haruki fought through awakened demons and used a 50 Yen Coin to escape, while Jialan, Wu Xiangnan, and the Knight discovered an Origin beneath the ruins.
• Lin Qiye found Baili Pangpang unconscious in an ancient palace, then used a meditation cushion to locate Jialan’s group and rode to help them.
• Lin Qiye and Jialan defeated the Yuki-onna, and Lin Qiye learned that the silver sphere was an Origin and that the Yata no Kagami had created Japan’s Human Circle.
• Lin Qiye reunited with Jialan, Wu Xiangnan, and the Knight, then left the ruins with Amamiya Haruki, Wei Dong, and the unconscious Baili Pangpang.
• The group used Yaoguang to leave the Human Circle, while Wei Dong and the Knight discussed surveying it and relocating five hundred thousand people to Utopia.
• Mirror Calamity escaped through the torii into the True World, and An Qingyu explained to Jiang Er that the Oracle Envoys might be testing whether Takama-ga-hara had vanished and preparing to invade Great Xia.
• Shen Qingzhu arrived on the coast with a large convoy and around two hundred Black Killer Group members, then asked Lin Qiye where the injured fatty was.

Lin Qiye reunited the Nightfall Squad in Tokyo and led them in an assault on the Pure Land and the Oracle Envoys. The Pure Land fell, and the squad’s battles with the Envoys continued across Tokyo.

• Lin Qiye learned that An Qingyu and Jiang Er were in the Pure Land, while An Qingyu warned that the Black King Annihilation might control Cao Yuan.
• An Qingyu shared intelligence about the Oracle Envoys, and Lin Qiye prepared to leave the Human Circle as Amamiya Haruki planned to protect its residents with the Magatsu Blades.
• Shen Qingzhu left to hunt an Oracle Envoy, so Lin Qiye launched a plan to draw the Envoys into a fight while An Qingyu began the Pure Land’s final broadcast.
• Lin Qiye reforged Zhanbai’s connection with Da Bai, took Kamikakushi from Koyuan Yoshiki, and flew toward Tokyo as Baili Pangpang awoke and set out to join the others.
• Shen Qingzhu battled the Oracle Envoys in Tokyo, while Jiang Er and Uncle Kyosuke helped him evade them and Lin Qiye’s Nightfall Descent spread across the city.
• Lin Qiye, An Qingyu, and Jiang Er challenged the Oracle Envoys above the Pure Land, and Jialan, Cao Yuan, Baili Pangpang, and Shen Qingzhu returned to the squad.
• Lin Qiye split the Pure Land with Duo E and Black Rope, while Jiang Er branded the seven Nightfall members as extremely evil across Japan’s screens.
• The Nightfall Squad fought the Oracle Envoys as Lin Qiye destroyed the Pure Land, and Cao Yuan, Baili Pangpang, Jiang Er, and Shen Qingzhu continued fighting them across Tokyo.

Lin Qiye and his allies defeated the Thunder Beast, secured a Gamma Potion for Yurina Takishiro, and left Japan after Yurina Kurotetsu’s death. As they returned to Great Xia, Mirror Calamity infiltrated Chenglong Pass while a large gathering of Mysteries threatened the border.

• Shen Qingzhu unleashed a compressed fireball at Bug Calamity, while Uncle Kyosuke helped An Qingyu obtain the Gamma Potion from Calamity of Sickness for Yurina Takishiro.
• Lin Qiye defeated the Thunder Beast with Zhou Ping’s sword, then summoned and contracted the Frost Giant Dragon before freeing Calamity of Prison from his cage.
• Yurina Kurotetsu died after failing to find a cure for his condition, and Yurina Takishiro recreated him as an NPC in all 3,291 of his game worlds.
• Lin Qiye and the Nightfall Squad paid their respects to Yurina Kurotetsu, returned their blades to Amamiya Haruki, and left Japan for Great Xia.
• Mirror Calamity infiltrated Chenglong Pass through the Mirror World, destroyed its communications and control systems, and escaped after Guan Zai stopped its attack.
• Lin Qiye used Wangcai to frighten the imprisoned Thunder Beast, while his squad detected hundreds of Mysteries gathering near Great Xia’s border.
• As the squad neared Great Xia, Baili Pangpang recounted how the River of Aurora had seemingly delayed his arrival in Japan by more than fifty years.

Nightfall returned to Great Xia and helped repel the second Beast Tide at Chenglong Pass, then registered as Special Squad 005 and searched for Li Zhenzhen. The arc ended with Gilgamesh confronting Monkey King in the Psychiatric Hospital of the Gods.

• Chimera led the Beast Tide toward Chenglong Pass, and Lu Qiu raced to deliver a warning before his strength ran out.
• Lin Qiye and Nightfall reached Chenglong Pass, where they fought alongside the defenders as the Beast Tide breached the walls.
• Lin Qiye summoned a Frost Giant Dragon and used his Magic Fortress to hold back the Beast Tide until Spirit Medium Squad, Phoenix Squad, Zuo Qing, and Guan Zai joined the battle.
• Lu Qiu died after delivering his warning, and Lin Qiye learned that his message had helped Nightfall reach Chenglong Pass in time.
• Nightfall returned to Shangjing, registered as Special Squad 005, chose the name Nightfall, and selected dark crimson cloaks.
• Lin Qiye and his teammates searched for the runaway Li Zhenzhen, while An Qingyu found her trapped with Fang Mo in a Mystery's fog and defeated Blue Fatty.
• Lin Qiye opened the fifth ward and met Gilgamesh, who challenged Monkey King and was punched through the hospital into the courtyard.
• Monkey King and Gilgamesh rose to face each other as Merlin raised Magic Arrays and Bragi played battle music, while Lin Qiye stayed out of the fight.
