Lin Qiye turned his gaze to the nearest planet beside him.

It was an entirely grayish-white planet, its shattered rings circling its exterior and shaking violently with the tremors of the universe like an out-of-control spinning top. Yet the planet itself seemed embedded in the dark-red cosmos, utterly motionless.

Farther away, a black hole and a white hole pressed tightly together like a pair of lovers dancing a waltz, spinning madly through the void. Even the supergiant star at the center of the nearest galaxy, hundreds of times larger than the sun, had grown a hideous maw, constantly gnawing on nearby meteors and planets like a Pac-Man.

In this deranged universe, all the laws of physics seemed like laughable toys, ground into the dirt by the Cthulhu aura filling the cosmos.

Knowing that he did not have much time, Lin Qiye flew directly above the nearest grayish-white planet. Not only was there no gravity near its surface, but an immensely powerful repulsive force was pushing him outward.

Lin Qiye forcibly resisted the repulsion and descended onto the planet's surface. At the same time, a frenzied roar grew increasingly loud beside his ears.

Lin Qiye could not make out what the roar was saying, but he could more or less confirm that the voice was the consciousness of the planet beneath his feet. In this deranged universe, it seemed that all matter had been awakened with some sort of diseased consciousness.
