There were all kinds of entertainment activities on the Star Shuttle, and Wei Lanshan kept urging Jiujiu to train. Time passed quickly.
Twenty-six hours later, Wei Lanshan led Jiujiu off the Star Shuttle.
They had arrived at the Spaceport on Aola Star Guard Five. Wei Lanshan took Jiujiu's hand and led her down from the Star Shuttle.
Wei Lanshan encountered no danger along the way. There were a few suspicious individuals, but after finding a way to shake them off, she took Jiujiu to a hotel on Aola Star.
The two of them were still in disguise. Their pursuers would not suspect them for the time being and would not use their devices to crack the equipment, so they would be safe for now.
However, this trick would not fool the mercenaries for long. If they kept failing to catch them, they would eventually realize that she had added a disguise.
Wei Lanshan rented only one room. She also asked the hotel's service robot for an Aola travel guide and posed a few simple questions about the hotel's curfew and precautions for traveling on Aola. In short, she acted exactly like an ordinary tourist, skipping none of the usual steps.
Jiujiu listened eagerly from the side. So this was how one talked to robots. These robots were so lifelike, and they were all so pretty—more realistic than Sixi.
Wei Lanshan stocked up on some Nutrient Paste and put it into her personal storage space: the watch on her wrist.
Jiujiu had always been curious about where Wei Lanshan took so many things from. This time, she decided to satisfy her curiosity.
She stared at Wei Lanshan's device and was about to speak when she heard Wei Lanshan's voice.
"This is Spatial Overlay Technology. The one on my hand is only an ordinary Space Locket. It can hold one cubic meter of things," Wei Lanshan said teasingly.
She watched Jiujiu's expression shift through three stages in an instant, from surprise to holy shit to delight.
Wei Lanshan shook her head. Only at times like this did Jiujiu look like a child.
Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge about this world gave her a touch of childish innocence.
After some thought, Wei Lanshan placed an order with the hotel robot, asking it to bring her a commonly used Space Locket. She paid in Star Coins, and one minute later, the robot delivered the standard Space Locket.
Wei Lanshan put the Space Locket on Jiujiu's wrist, placing Nutrient Paste, weapons, and snacks inside it, then taught her how to use it.

Recently, Jiujiu and Wei Lanshan had been getting along well. Jiujiu no longer had the wariness toward her that she had when she first left the laboratory, and she was willing to communicate with Wei Lanshan more.
Jiujiu stared at the large white watch face on her wrist and began asking questions like a curious child. "Aunt Lan, does that mean there are bigger Space Lockets that can hold even more things?"
"Yes, but those are extremely, extremely expensive. The largest ones can probably hold an entire Starship."
God, this was simply too, too, too amazing! It couldn't get any better! This world, here I come! At the same time, Jiujiu decided that she had to earn more Star Coins in the future!
She loved every piece of black technology in this world. She was so excited. In her own world, these were all theories that had not even begun to take shape.
And the Alliance people's imaginations were simply too wild. Starships, Star Shuttles, Sky Rails, robots, Mental Power, Underground Cities—these were what Jiujiu had encountered after coming aboveground. The things she had yet to see were probably even more unbelievable.
