Background

Wei Lanshan grew up in an orphanage with Vivian and another girl. She initially entered military academy, but transferred to a liberal arts academy on Jinghui Star to study biology and medicine after their friend developed an incurable illness. She earned doctorates in both fields, later returned to military academy, and ultimately served on the frontier, where she became famous in a single battle while fulfilling her deceased friend's wish to fight for the Alliance. 50
