Bibi Dong is calculating, proud, and highly conscious of authority. Even after Chen Changfeng publicly humiliates her and injures Hu Liena, she restrains her anger once she recognizes the Judgment Elder's token and the Worship Hall's authority 9 11. She prefers to test unknown threats indirectly, as shown when she allows Yue Guan to probe Chen Changfeng rather than immediately intervening herself 9.

Her composure deteriorates as the Rakshasa inheritance advances. She becomes more irritable, ruthless, and willing to force Spirit Hall's plans forward, including ordering the rapid establishment of the Spirit Hall Empire and using Hu Liena's punishment to serve her political aims 48 54.

Her attachment to Yu Xiaogang repeatedly compromises her judgment. She protects him despite the political consequences, collapses after his death, and turns increasingly toward revenge and godhood 17 22 27 74. As Pope, Bibi Dong oversees Spirit Hall Academy's Golden Generation and prepares them for the Continental Soul Master Elite Tournament. Chen Changfeng's sudden arrival exposes the divide between the Papal Palace and Worship Hall, placing her authority under direct challenge 9 11.

Tournament crisis and Yu Xiaogang's death

Bibi Dong blocks Chen Changfeng's attempt to kill Yu Xiaogang and reveals her nine-ring cultivation before the tournament audience. She continues protecting Yu Xiaogang despite Chen Changfeng's accusations, but cannot save him when Chen Changfeng executes him and the Golden Iron Triangle 17 18 22 27.

Founding of the Spirit Hall Empire

Following the destruction of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, Bibi Dong orders Spirit Hall to establish an empire within a month. Her growing Rakshasa influence makes her more impulsive, and she seeks opportunities to isolate and kill Chen Changfeng beyond Spirit Hall's protection 48.

Deposition and pursuit of Rakshasa godhood

After Chen Changfeng takes Gengxin City and moves to execute Hu Liena, Bibi Dong attempts to remove him from command. Their confrontation escalates into open battle; Chen Changfeng destroys the Spirit Mountain Range, repeatedly kills Bibi Dong's physical body, and strips her of her papal titles. She survives through Undying Body and turns fully toward the Rakshasa inheritance 59 60 61 63 64.

Conflict with Qian Renxue

Bibi Dong attempts to obtain hundred-thousand-year soul beasts in the Star Dou Great Forest, but Qian Renxue confronts her and demands that she stop causing trouble. Bibi Dong later attacks Chen Changfeng in pursuit of godhood, only for Qian Renxue to shield him and prevent Chen Changfeng from delivering a final blow 74 75 110.

Atonement and later cooperation

Qian Renxue gives Bibi Dong a final chance to leave peacefully after Chen Changfeng destroys Poseidon's divine soul 115. Ten thousand years later, Bibi Dong remains at the Burial Pit of Gods, awaiting the return of Destruction and Life.
