Far out in the Sea of Stars lay a barren void.
It was an abandoned region never set foot in by immortals, gods, demons, devils, ghosts, or monsters. The dark-red Dying Star hung heavy with deathly stillness. Even in its twilight years, it still possessed immense energy. "Dying" was only relative for a star; it could continue burning until the day most living beings could no longer see its end.
The region where the Dying Star lay was the great forbidden land spoken of by the immortals: the Dark Void.

The dark-red sun hanging high in the sky flickered brightly, then dimly!
After several rapid shifts, it returned to calm, as if nothing had happened. Yet if one looked toward that sun, as old as the barren world beneath the Dark Void, one could faintly see many deep-red fragments splitting away from its edge.
From such a great distance, only a few chunks could be seen. One could imagine that, if they were close enough, they would discover far
