The Immortal Emperor Law grew stronger against the strong and weaker against the weak. Having just slain a Supreme Being, it had expended greatly and now needed rest. It became especially tolerant toward beings below the immortal level.

Moreover, they had burst through a massive hole in the sky. For the sake of energy allocation, it paid them even less heed, allowing vast numbers of monsters to pour in.

The Immortal Emperor Law might have looked down on these monsters, but to the living beings of the Primordial Continent, they were undoubtedly another terrifying calamity. Fortunately, their sole target was Azure Cloud Dao Palace.

Some possessed colossal bodies and the bloodlines of all manner of divine beasts, capable of shattering mountains and severing seas with a casual movement. Some had twisted forms, no material shells, only ethereal spirit bodies, elusive and unfathomable, crossing hundreds of meters in an instant. Others were beast races never seen before, savage by nature, with Dao power surging and laws intertwining.

Some had holy wings on their backs, perfect forms that made them appear especially sacred, yet gripped sharp weapons in their hands. Some were enveloped in light, shouting that light would endure forever and cleanse all filth from the world, before charging toward Azure Cloud Dao Palace with killing intent blazing in their eyes.
