At eight in the morning, the heavily guarded Calum Science Center welcomed four special visitors.

Although the Chancellor held real power in Germany, the President's arrival alone was enough to demonstrate their stance.
Flattered, Vincent shook his hand. "Mr. President, I thought you wouldn't accept my invitation."
The President smiled faintly. "This concerns the future of all humanity, and we had a pleasant exchange before. Of course I had to come and witness history with my own eyes."
