"Little traitor!" Vincent grumbled as he ate his pastries.

He was talking about Gu Gu, but his eyes remained fixed on Hermione.

Vincent carried the plates toward the kitchen. "Professor Dumbledore said he liked Tolkien's novels. They probably knew each other."

By the time he returned, Hermione was already seated in the chair Evelyn usually used for reading.

Gu Gu lay on the counter, while the novel in Hermione's hands had already been opened.

It was best not to disturb a book-loving top student.

After putting away the cups as well, he headed for the stairs, intending to return to his room.

Hermione, absorbed in the book, suddenly closed it and returned it to its place.

"They really do look alike. Their personalities are just different."
