Moon Drop, a Tycoon the Moment He Landed
"That's why I didn't choose to go home immediately," Aaron chuckled, then took out the Moon Drop he had treasured for three years.
"What is this?" Gandalf's pupils contracted slightly as he stared in astonishment at the bottle of purple solution. "I have never seen such a magical solution before."
"This is the essence of the Moon, which can dispel all negative states."
"It's a panacea; frankly, it can even break the allure of the Arkenstone." Aaron uttered the most shocking words in a calm tone.
"You intend to use it to heal my father's face?" Legolas found it hard to believe. If what Aaron said was true, then this solution was exceptionally precious.
Aaron nodded, without denying it.
"I am a healer, and I have observed Thranduil's face up close. After using Moon Drop to remove the residual magic from the Dragon Fire, it was just a normal burn."
I believe that with the resources of the Woodland Realm, treating burns shouldn't be a problem. A full recovery will take a long time, but time is the one thing you elves have no shortage of.
"I am very grateful," Legolas said sincerely.
"Don't rush to thank me. One bottle is too much. One cup is enough. Tell your father to use it sparingly."
"One cup... yes."
Aaron was pleased with the other party's understanding. He used Transfiguration to create three small cups, poured three Moon Drop into them, and sealed the cups.
"One is for Thranduil, it's my promise; the other is for you, it's my way of showing my friendship to the elves!"
"Gaius." Gandalf also a little envious and couldn't wait to ask Yu, "Is the third one for me?"
"It's really not easy Warlock. We have to worry about the peace of Middle-earth every moment. Having an antidote will give me more confidence when I face Sauron in the future."
Aaron gave him a wink, then solemnly placed the third Moon Drop into Bilbo's hand.
He wasn't worried about that old Gandalf at all, but it was a different story with Bilbo. The One Ring was ultimately a hidden danger, and having this antidote was at least a form of insurance.
Gandalf watched longingly until Aaron put away the remaining Moon Drop, at which point he gave up on that idea.
"Legolas, if I may be curious, what about you and Tauriel?"
"He chose that dwarf, and I will respect her choice." Legolas smiled. "Elves have long lifespans, and some things can become quite troublesome if not dealt with decisively."
Aaron raised an eyebrow and silently gave him a thumbs up in his heart.
There are plenty of fish in the sea; many people understand this principle. However, most people tend to get stuck on trivial matters, and there aren't many as open-minded as him.
"Gaius, where do you plan to go next?" Legolas asked. "If you don't have any ideas, you can come with me to the Dúnedain in the north. My father asked me to go there to find a divine guest."
"Heh! Not interested." Aaron refused without even thinking.
Are you kidding me? I've suffered enough in this adult entertainment world.
Having finally been able to go home and rest, there's absolutely no way I'm going to take any more risks.
"Alright!" Legolas wasn't disappointed; it wouldn't hurt for him to start the journey alone.
"Ahem!" Gandalf coughed. "Actually, you can come with me to Rivendell. King Elrond, Queen Galadriel, and Radagast will be very happy to see you."
Aaron:...
Damn it! There are always treacherous subjects trying to harm me!
Having met these bigwigs, it probably won't be so easy for him to extricate himself now.
"No, I'm planning to go home." Aaron sighed softly. "I miss my mom."
"Where do you live?" Bilbo asked curiously. "If it's convenient, could you tell me? I might visit you sometime."
"That's probably impossible, Bilbo Bagins." Gandalf puffed on his cigarette and exhaled a smoke ring. "His home is so far away that you could walk there your whole life and still not reach it."
"Right, Gaius?"
"You know?" Aaron looked at Gandalf with amusement. "When?"
"During yesterday's battle, your magic was so exaggerated, it even made me doubt whether you were from this world," Gandalf chuckled. "Now can you tell me the answer?"
"You guessed right, I was only going to tell Bilbo."
"You come from another world?" Bilbo's head was buzzing. "It's not written like that in any book."
"Perhaps you could write one yourself."
"Is the Moon Drop also a product of your world?" Legolas asked curiously.
"No, that's my own treasure, unique even in my own realm." Aaron shrugged. "So you'd better use this Potions sparingly."
Gandalf seemed to have thought of something, and looked at Aaron with a meaningful look, "Was your self-introduction earlier also true?"
"Of course, I am the most outstanding heir of the Gaius Magic Family."
According to ancestral teachings, those with exceptional talent must travel to other realms at a certain age to gain experience and spread the name of Gaius.
"And those teachers you mentioned?" Bilbo asked hesitantly, "And your ancestors... could they be real too?"
Aaron chuckled. "Guess?"
Bilbo chuckled sheepishly. No need to guess, it was probably true.
"Gaius, you should be able to stay a little longer!" Gandalf smiled kindly.
"Hmph!" Aaron gave him a disdainful look. "Don't think I don't know what you're thinking."
Gandalf, you are very much like my principal. You are a good person, no doubt, but you always think about getting something from me.
If I'm not mistaken, this so-called 'period of time' might be stretched indefinitely!
Upon hearing this, Gandalf's face turned red, and his smile instantly froze.
It's impossible not to feel embarrassed when a child sees through your thoughts.
That's exactly what he thought. The crisis on the surface of the Middle-earth world has been temporarily resolved, but there are still undercurrents surging beneath the surface.
Sauron has not been defeated yet, and it is unknown when he will return.
These Warlock and the Elf King are all old adversaries of Sauron. He knows them well, and if he really targets them, it will be impossible to defend against them.
But if a Warlock with powerful and unfamiliar abilities were to join them, the situation would be very different.
Moreover, Aaron fully demonstrated his wisdom, character, and strength during the expedition, making him completely trustworthy. It can be said that there was no more suitable candidate than him.
"Looks like I wasn't wrong, you're just trying to fleece me!" Aaron said indignantly. "Let me tell you, I'd rather die, die outside, jump off Ravenhill, than stay in this world."
"I've endured more suffering in my life than I've ever experienced in this period of time. I'm only fourteen years old, why should I have to suffer like this?"
Gandalf opened his mouth, wanting to try his best to persuade Aaron, but Aaron didn't give him the chance at all.
"Bilbo, tell me, what were you doing when you were fourteen?"
"Climbing trees, picking jujubes, and... playing in the mud."
And you, Legolas?
"I forgot," Legolas said sullenly. "That was hundreds of years ago."
"It doesn't matter. Just tell me if you participated in a war of yesterday's scale when you were fourteen, or if you fought a dragon when you were fourteen."
"How could that be? My father protected me very well."
Aaron clapped his hands, then gave Gandalf a meaningful look. "Other people's fourteenth year is carefree, but look at me."
How can you bully a child like this? Doesn't your conscience hurt?
Although the Grey Wizard isn't truly human in the strictest sense, he should still have some conscience, otherwise, what's the difference between him and a necromancer?
Gandalf:...
It seems we can't keep them.
"Haha, I was just making a suggestion, that's all."
Bilbo and Legolas exchanged a glance, scoffing at the explanation.
Aaron wouldn't have reacted this way if he didn't mean anything by it.
"You may have other intentions, but that's fine too," Aaron sneered, then rolled up his sleeves, revealing the World Tree symbol on his left arm. "I can go home now."
"Can we go take a look?" Bilbo asked with great interest, feeling that he could postpone his return home a little longer.
"No, only those with the Gaius family bloodline can pass through the portal."
"What a pity! I wanted to visit other realms!"
"That's difficult," Aaron said thoughtfully. "Unless I break through to the God level, I won't have the ability to travel between two worlds, but by then you might be dead."
Bilbo's lips twitched. Did he have to be so blunt?
"Haha, it's alright. When you come back, bring some local specialties to my grave to pay your respects. If possible, it would be best to plant a tree that doesn't exist in this world next to my grave. That would be a way of fulfilling my wish."
"Definitely." Aaron gave Bilbo a hug, then bit his finger and dripped blood onto the Gaius emblem on his left arm.
The phantom of the Giant Tree suddenly appeared, though it was much smaller than the one in the family's Chamber of Secrets. A colorful door appeared in front of Aaron, and the Chinese characters on the door frame changed from "Born to Shine" to "Welcome Home." In addition, there was an extra piece of parchment.
Aaron curiously took the parchment off the door frame, and after reading its contents, his expression became incredibly interesting.
"What's wrong?" Legolas asked.
"This is... a contract," Aaron said, somewhat bewildered. "But it's not for me; it's for my descendants."
This is the first time Gaius has set foot in this realm. After signing this contract, the probability of my descendants coming to this realm for training will increase by ten percent.
"Then sign it quickly!" Gandalf said impatiently. He couldn't keep Aaron, but he could try to persuade his son or grandson!
"Heh!" Aaron sneered. "This world hasn't left me with many pleasant memories, and I'm not going to let my descendants suffer here."
"How can this be called suffering?" Gandalf retorted hastily. "You have this idea only because you joined the expedition so soon after arriving, and you chose hardship without hesitation between the good and the bad."
Think of the Shire, think of Rivendell, aren't these places peaceful and beautiful?
Aaron frowned slightly. He knew what Gandalf was planning, but he had to admit that there was some truth to what he said.
This world wasn't so bad; it's just that he entered it voluntarily, and before he could even experience the good things, he was already engaged in a fierce battle with the dark side.
Seeing Aaron hesitate, Gandalf immediately decided to add fuel to the fire, saying, "Aaron, I won't say anything more."
But your story in this world will be widely known: the friendship of Warlock, the friendship of elves, the friendship of humans, the friendship of dwarves—these are all intangible assets.
"As long as your descendants are willing to come, these races will treat Gaius as an honored guest. Can you bear to let this intangible yet immense wealth go uninherited?"
Gollum!
Aaron swallowed hard, hesitated for a moment, and then signed his name on the contract.
He had no selfish motives; he simply wanted his descendants to be born nouveau riche.
