Bang! Bang! Bang!

Bullets kept hitting the target.

Abei cheered earnestly from the sidelines, while Jeans helplessly jotted down the ring count in his notebook.

"Every shot hits the bullseye or higher; the accuracy is already quite high," Jeans said calmly.

"You used to be much more serious when you had me train my marksmanship, why are you getting a little impatient now?"

"I'm not impatient, but I feel it's a bit inappropriate for you, young master, to use the magical weapon that Argus painstakingly crafted as if it were an ordinary Muggle weapon."

Aaron rubbed the automatic pistol in his hand and chuckled, "I'm just getting used to this kind of weapon. This is the first time I've experienced using my own Magical Energy to convert bullets without changing the magazine."

I don't want to use it as a training gun either, but the enchanted bullets I've made so far are only suitable for Flintlock Gun, and the bullets can't be loaded into the magazine at all.

Besides, enchanted bullets are quite precious; I wouldn't dare use them as training ammo.

Jeans shook his head helplessly, speechless for a moment.

When will Vico and the others be back?

They said it would only be three days, but half a month has passed. Do they even care about me anymore?

"Uh... there was a small mishap." Jeans chuckled awkwardly. "Didn't Voldemort come back?"

"Stop joking, those two shouldn't have been captured by Voldemort, right?"

"That's not the case, but... because of his resurrection, there are undercurrents in the Magic World, and some hidden Magical Creatures are all eager to make their move."

The patriarch and his wife needed to express the stance of Gaius and the other three major families to various powers and races, so their return was a little later.

Aaron frowned slightly. "Is this necessary?"

"There is a certain difference between default and explicit statement."

"That's true." Aaron nodded, then looked at Jeans: "Since the Magic World isn't so safe anymore, how about preparing some protective gear for me?"

Jeans:...

"Young Master has dedicated guards every day, and Hogwarts is also there to oversee Dumbledore..."

Halfway through his sentence, Jeans met Aaron's disdainful gaze and immediately changed his words: "Young Master can take whatever he wants from the treasure vault."

"You know that's not what I need." Aaron rolled his eyes. There were many priceless treasures in the vault, but he couldn't use any of them. What he needed were things that could enhance his combat power or temporarily save his life.

"Young Master," Jeans sighed, "Have you ever seen a Warlock family that would give its wealth to a child who is still in school?"

Moreover, to some extent, with our protection, as long as you don't cause trouble, young master, your situation isn't dangerous; in fact, it's quite safe. You won't need those things at all.

"I understand what you're saying, but those things are just gathering dust. If you don't give them to me, who will?"

"Master and Madam," Jeans said, puffing out his chest and speaking with an air of self-righteousness.

Aaron nearly choked on his breath. "What did you say?"

"The first thing you did after you succeeded to the position of clan leader was to remove the six bodyguards that the old clan leader had arranged for you. The second thing you did was to equip yourself with a complete set of magical armor. He said that this way you would feel safer when you take your wife out."

"Huh?" Aaron's lips twitched, and he couldn't help but give a wry smile. "As expected of my father, his idea is exactly what I was thinking."

"Uh..." Jeans hesitated, "The clan chief also said this, and the old clan chief probably did the same thing back then."

Upon hearing this, Aaron was completely dumbfounded.

He never expected that the family's resources would not be used to protect the hopes of the entire family, but rather to protect the current head of the family.

But upon closer reflection, there was nothing wrong with the appearance, which was just something he found hard to accept.

A week later.

Aaron had just dragged his weary body out of Weihert's Chamber of Secrets when Jeans hurried over.

"We can talk about it later. Let me rest for a while," Aaron said weakly.

Just now, he asked Ancestor Weihert to demonstrate the destructive power of Forbidden Magic.

But as soon as he opened his mouth, he was thoroughly outmaneuvered for half an hour, because he hadn't even learned to run yet, but he was already thinking about flying.

The old man used only basic Magic Array, and his attacks were very precise, truly achieving pain without causing serious injury, but it still caused the old man immense suffering.

In other words, his physique is exceptionally strong. If an ordinary person were to be beaten like that, they wouldn't be able to withstand even half an hour, let alone half an hour.

"That was a bit too much," Jeans thought to himself, clicking his tongue in disbelief. "You're supposed to be a direct descendant of Weihert, after all!"

"Who can argue with that?"

"Let Abei get treatment!"

"If I could, would I need to tell you?" Aaron said bitterly. "Our ancestor sealed its healing abilities, and it won't be unsealed for two hours."

He said that experiencing two hours of pain was a lesson for my unrealistic ambitions.

Where did I aim too high? I just wanted a goal to pursue at a certain stage; is that wrong?

Abei nodded with a sob; it was the first time it had ever felt so powerless.

"That's just how Weihert is," Jeans comforted Yu. "You'll get used to it."

"It's easy for you to talk when you're not the one suffering." Aaron immediately gave him a glare. Originally, his work as a healer was quite good, and apart from a few people, no one knew that Abei had healing abilities.

But after Abei fell into Adrian's hands, she soon uncovered this secret.

She promptly told Jeans, and then... he was doomed.

In the past, his ancestors had been quite discreet in tutoring him, but ever since they learned that there was a medicine bottle next to him, their eyes had been glowing red when they looked at him.

The lessons I've learned these past few days are more numerous than all the previous ones combined; they've been incredibly brutal.

"Young Master, the Master and Madam have returned."

"I'm finally back," Aaron said. "Could you help me up? I'm in pain all over."

Jeans chuckled and carefully helped Aaron up.

The two entered the living room, and before Aaron could react, Lisana gave him a big hug.

"Ouch, it hurts, it hurts..."

Lisana quickly let go, looking worried, and said, "I don't have any strength left?"

"It's none of your business, madam," Jeans chuckled, then explained what had happened in the past half hour.

Lisana frowned and helped Aaron to the sofa.

"Did you upset your ancestor? Otherwise, he wouldn't have hit you like this."

"I just want him to demonstrate the power of Forbidden Magic."

Vico sprayed out the coffee he had only drunk halfway through.

"Well done." Vico wiped his mouth and said, "Forbidden Magic is only usable by Saint Mage, and its power is enough to destroy a town in an instant."

Demonstrating on your own turf? Do you have a death wish?

"Practicing that kind of magic on paper is fine, but if you actually used it, your magic power would be instantly drained."

Aaron pursed his lips, then, remembering that he currently only knew one Forbidden Magic, he said nothing.

Even with careful control over the number of lightning crystals, it still consumed a huge amount of energy to cover the Chamber of Slytherin with the Secret Chamber of the Divine Thunder Hall.

"Your performance in the top Triwizard Tournament was pretty good!" Lisana teased, looking at Aaron. "Was it really worth it just to avoid a blind date?"

"It's too early for me." Aaron shrugged, not showing any displeasure. "Personally, I think we should wait until we're older before talking about this kind of thing. I can't stand the pressure from you elders."

"You should also try to understand our predicament!" Lisana earnestly advised.

"I was understanding, so I didn't lose my temper when my older sister brought it up."

"You dare?" Vico scoffed. "I've seen so many of you resist without ever succeeding."

"A man shouldn't fight with a woman. I was just giving face to my uncle and aunt." Aaron said guiltily, unwilling to admit that his elder sister's bloodline pressure still suppressed him.

"You absolutely must meet with Clea after this," Vico said solemnly. "Dragging this out any longer will not benefit anyone."

"I understand," Aaron said wearily. "Don't bother me with this kind of thing anymore."

Vico and Lisana exchanged a smile. "We won't even think about it. We'll feel uneasy if this isn't settled."

"Heh! You really care about me!"

Aaron was speechless. He had originally thought that since he couldn't avoid it, he would have an open and honest talk with Clea.

A year later, she was already ten years old, so even if she was politely rejected, she wouldn't be too heartbroken.

Unexpectedly, even after going to such lengths, he still couldn't overcome it. It can only be said that his parents' love was too profound, so profound that he could hardly bear it.

"Our own son, who else would we treat if not you?" Vico laughed happily, pretending not to notice the frustration in Aaron's voice.

"Have you met a suitable candidate at this school?" Lisana asked.

"No," Aaron said calmly. "I'm only ten years old. Is it appropriate for you to ask me this?"

"Show some concern!"

So, how's your relationship with your girlfriend... ahem, my female friend?

"It's just so-so!"

Lisana slowly counted on her fingers, saying, "Luna Lovegood, Hermione Granger, Phoebe Delacour..."

"Stop."

Aaron quickly interrupted her, then glared fiercely at Jeans.

He definitely told his parents, though they probably only knew Hermione Granger by name.

Jeans noticed his young master's gaze, but casually looked up at Tianyuban.

"Alright." Vico shook his head with a smile. "Your sister provided the name; Jeans was just there to relay the message."

"Explain it!" Lisana said with interest.

"It's okay, it's completely different from what you think, that's just how it is." Aaron said with a serious expression.

Looking at the amused expressions on the eyes of the two, no, the three of them, Yu couldn't help but feel a jolt in his heart.

You idiot, you can practically write "I don't believe you" on your face.

"Luna danced with me at the Christmas Ball, and Professor McGonagall pulled her in at the last minute."

Hermione and I are just friends, not boyfriend and girlfriend. Please don't misunderstand.

As for Phoebe, it was purely because I helped her a few times in the Triwizard Tournament; that was entirely to fulfill my eldest sister's request.

"That doesn't justify shielding her from the Killing Curse!" Jeans said sarcastically.

"No one will think you're mute if you don't speak," Aaron said fiercely. "If it weren't for the need to lure you guys out, I wouldn't have risked my life."
