Aaron helped S.H.I.E.L.D. expose Hydra, rescued Coulson’s team, and recruited Bucky as a follower before warning that Apocalypse was about to escape. Apocalypse emerged from his tomb and began gathering the Four Horsemen, while Aaron refused S.H.I.E.L.D.’s request to use Jean’s Phoenix directly.

• Aaron helped Fury expose Hydra, stopped Bucky from killing the Helicarrier pilots, and shot Pierce after Pierce fatally wounded Hoy Maynard.
• Aaron rescued May, Skye, Fitz, and Simmons from their sunken escape pod, then helped Coulson’s team defeat Garrett and capture Ward.
• Aaron restored Bucky’s memories, recruited him as his eighth follower, and gave him the Sequence Nine Warrior potion.
• Aaron learned that Apocalypse would soon escape and persuaded Jean to leave Xavier’s School for a month, while S.H.I.E.L.D. used his compass to find Apocalypse’s tomb.
• Stryker’s forces bombed the pyramid, awakening Apocalypse, who escaped the rubble and stopped the incoming missile submunitions.
• Apocalypse began searching for his knights, strengthened Psylocke, restored Angel’s wings, and set out to find Magneto.
• Coulson and Hill returned Aaron’s compass and showed him footage of Apocalypse’s escape, but Aaron refused to help S.H.I.E.L.D. directly through Jean’s Phoenix.

Aaron helped stop Apocalypse, then investigated the origins of the Inhumans and uncovered the Kree’s role in creating them. The arc ended with Aaron’s followers witnessing Geer turn against Lapu after the god dismissed his daughter’s death.

• Aaron sold S.H.I.E.L.D. enchanted bullets, while Apocalypse recruited Magneto and began preparing for war against humanity.
• Apocalypse invaded Charles Xavier’s mind, captured him, and used him to broadcast his message and help destroy Cairo.
• Jean and Piotr rescued Charles during the assault on Apocalypse’s pyramid, while Steve’s team attacked the villain and the structure collapsed.
• Aaron entered his Mind World, trapped and defeated Apocalypse, then returned to his shop and bought new artifacts and magic.
• Leena returned from the Obelisk’s transformation, but an eyeless man appeared and took her away before Aaron investigated Skye’s emerging Inhuman powers.
• Aaron and Coulson captured Von Dack, a Kree whose memory-erasing weapon restored Sif’s memories and whose account revealed how the Kree created the Inhumans.
• Aaron and Coulson protected Skye from Von Dack, then helped keep the Inhumans’ existence secret before Karl attacked a hospital and declared war on Coulson’s team.
• At a Mind World meeting, Ake showed Geer renouncing Lapu after the god dismissed his daughter’s death and declaring that the gods would die.

Aaron guided the Avengers through Ultron’s rise and the battle to save Sokovia, while protecting Wanda and Pietro from being consumed by the conflict. After Ultron’s destruction, Aaron treated Pietro and brought Wanda into his care under strict conditions.

• Ake brought Geer and Ai to Slytherin, who accepted Geer as a follower, granted him the Solar Pathway, and ordered him to spread the God of Contracts’ faith.
• Aaron learned the Scarlet Witch was about to appear and traveled to Sokovia, where he encountered the Avengers attacking Hydra’s base and began trying to protect Wanda Maximoff.
• Tony and Banner’s experiments with Loki’s Scepter led Ultron to emerge, steal the Mind Scepter, and recruit Wanda and Pietro Maximoff before turning against humanity.
• Aaron repeatedly urged Wanda and Pietro to abandon Ultron, then helped the Avengers pursue him as Ultron sought vibranium and built a new body using the Regeneration Cradle.
• Tony, Banner, and Thor created Vision, who joined the Avengers as they went to Sokovia to stop Ultron from raising the city and destroying it.
• Aaron helped arrange an evacuation with Nick Fury and bargained for legal identities and S.H.I.E.L.D. positions for Wanda and Pietro in exchange for supervising them.
• Pietro was shot while saving Barton and Costel, but Aaron temporarily revived him as the Avengers and Maximoffs fought Ultron and destroyed Sokovia’s core.
• Aaron killed Ultron with an enchanted bullet, then treated Pietro and allowed Wanda to live with him under restrictions in exchange for waiving most of her debt.

Aaron rescued Rogue from Magneto and made her his subordinate, then began teaching her magic. When Simmons vanished through the Kree monolith, Aaron joined Coulson’s rescue mission and reached the barren world where they uncovered the creature hunting its stranded inhabitants.

• Aaron helped Pietro and Wanda settle into a peaceful life, reassured Kingpin about fatherhood, and rejected Leena’s attempt to leverage Gaius’s secret for the Inhumans.
• Aaron visited Xavier’s School, challenged Scott over Jean, and helped Logan recover memories of the military man who had shot him with an Adamantium bullet.
• After Magneto captured Rogue and planned to use her in his machine, Aaron showed him Senator Kelly’s liquefying body, persuaded him to abandon the experiment, and rescued Rogue.
• Aaron made Rogue his lifelong subordinate, sealed her leaking power, and began teaching her the Patronus Charm and Kamar-Taj magic.
• Aaron used his Crystal Ball to find Simmons alive on a barren planet, then joined Coulson, Fitz, and Skye in investigating the Kree monolith and a way to reach her.
• Aaron and Coulson crossed the portal, found Simmons in an underground shelter, and learned that Will had saved her after a creature drove his expedition companions mad.
• Aaron led Coulson, Simmons, and Will toward the portal site, where they found a mass grave and realized people had been sent to the planet as prey for the creature.
• When the black-robed creature emerged in a sandstorm, Aaron avoided fighting it, then found it buried beneath the Magic Carpet and helped draw it out with grenades.
