Ginny hung her head so low she wished she could crawl into a crack in the ground. Fortunately, Zephyr did not say anything to her. He simply explained the day's training program before preparing to dismiss everyone.
Just then, a Marine officer rushed in frantically. It was Major General Babus, the man who had previously brought Gigue back to Headquarters. He shouted as he ran,
"Admiral Zephyr! Vice Admiral Garp encountered the Whitebeard Pirates at sea, and they've already started fighting! Fleet Admiral Kong has ordered you to immediately reinforce Vice Admiral Garp!"

Zephyr was startled. In a flash, he appeared before Babus and urgently asked,
"What was Garp doing out there? Where's Sengoku?"
Babus did not even have time to catch his breath before replying at once,
"Vice Admiral Garp was heading back to the East Blue to visit family. There aren't many men on his ship. Admiral Sengoku and Vice Admiral Tsuru are out on a mission. Fleet Admiral Kong couldn't reach you by Den Den Mushi, so he sent me!"
Zephyr's expression grew increasingly grim. He knew the strength of the Whitebeard Pirates. Ever since Rocks died, the Whitebeard Pirates had developed at an astonishing pace. Their crew had grown larger and larger, and they were already showing signs of becoming dominant.
