After taking a look at the map, Hashirama determined the direction and had everyone advance as quickly as possible in the direction he pointed.
Reaching Konoha within a day and a half was achievable.
"You all heard Lord Hashirama, right? We may reach Konoha tomorrow. It will be our new home, the place where the Uzumaki Clan will once again make its name resound throughout the Shinobi World!"
"Do you have confidence in reviving the Uzumaki Clan?!"
"Yes!" More than a hundred clansmen shouted in unison. Everyone hoped to live a happy, fulfilling life.
A moment later, the group hurried toward Konoha. Hashirama regretted not informing Torikaze in advance or simply bringing him along.
Otherwise, they could have all returned to Konoha in an instant. The main problem was that there was no network at all.
The phones had become useless pieces of scrap metal that could only tell time and take pictures. None of their other functions worked.
If they could make calls, they could have had Tsunade or Jiraiya contact Torikaze.
But it did not matter now. Letting the Uzumaki Clan members set out on the path to their new lives themselves and experience the hardships along the way was not a bad thing.
For all they knew, it might even serve as motivation for them.
The group traveled and rested intermittently. Since many of them did not have much stamina, they had to stop and rest every so often.
As a result, the entire group slowed considerably.
However, Hashirama would occasionally use ninjutsu to carry everyone for part of the journey.
It was mainly to save time and ensure they could reach Konoha tomorrow.
And so, with stops and starts, a day quickly passed.
The good news was that they had already entered the Land of Fire.
