After giving it a cursory glance, Xinyu handed it to Ran. "It looks like Lord Hokage must have promoted the Spring Festival. All the major clans are very enthusiastic."
Minato Namikaze smiled. "Of course. Our two villages are one entity. When Torikaze's World celebrates a festival, we naturally have to take part as well. But because the two worlds are separated, there probably won't be too many people leaving Konoha."
Xinyu understood that. Even if the Konoha here was very supportive and wanted to participate in the Spring Festival Event, the entire village could not possibly turn out.
"I understand, Lord Hokage. Hokage Minato had already considered this. As long as we can experience the atmosphere of the Spring Festival, it does not matter where we celebrate it."
Minato Namikaze was actually quite willing to learn new things from Torikaze's World. That was why he had vigorously promoted Spring Festival culture throughout the village and arranged for the major clans to put on performances.
Torikaze had made so many investments in Another World Konoha Village that Konoha had been completely transformed.
But Minato Namikaze felt there was little he could do. Now, he wanted to follow in the footsteps of Torikaze's World Konoha Village and work hard to develop his own village.
Anything he believed would benefit the village, he would learn from, including this Spring Festival.
Last year, Minato Namikaze had observed it and found much worth adopting, because so many villagers had enjoyed it.
So this year, he had followed Another World Konoha Village's example, given the villagers time off, and waived all teleportation fees between the two villages.
Of course, even with the whole village on holiday, there would certainly be some clever people who took the opportunity to work and quietly make a profit.
After all,
