Torikaze nodded. "She's a good kid. She ranks in the top three of the entire class."
Ōnoki cleared his throat. "Who is that girl? I've never seen her before, but everyone seems quite familiar with her."
Minato answered, "She's the daughter of Sanzu Amado's second brother. Big brother brought her back from another world. Two months ago, she was still suffering from a terminal illness. It wasn't easy for her to recover to this extent."
As soon as he said that, several of the Kage clicked their tongues in amazement. "An Amado from another world? Then Konoha has gained another great inventor. There'll probably be even more inventions in the future."
It was impossible for them not to be envious. Over the years, the four great nations had all trained quite a few scientists, but they were all half-baked. Not one of them had even half of Amado's ability.
As for creating inventions, that went without saying. It was already good enough if they didn't blow up the Lab.
Even so, the major nations continued nurturing them, hoping that one day, a true great inventor would emerge.
They all hoped their own nations could possess the power of technology as well. They did not even ask to surpass Konoha or anything like that.
It would be great enough if they could save some money. When they came up with some invention, it could also become popular throughout the Shinobi World and earn them a fortune.
For the Kage, figuring out how to make money and keep their villages developing was the most troublesome matter, but also the most important one—something they had no choice but to consider.
Even if an individual was incredibly powerful, a village without money was still weak.
"That little girl, Kaguya Zhai, seems much calmer too.
