He could transfer directly to the Konoha Academy. When the time came, wouldn't Lord Torikaze alone have the final say on promotions?
But that was only if the boy could truly teach the students well.

They played different roles within the village, so neither could be neglected.

As for the outside teachers, Torikaze had gotten a clear understanding of their teaching abilities during the past half month of training. They could only be described as a complete mess.
His plan remained the same as before. Torikaze would continue recruiting people from within the village, have these hired teachers teach for the time being, and slowly replace them afterward.
Of course, they would receive the compensation they deserved. Konoha was not short on that little bit of money.
The next morning, Torikaze changed into casual clothes and prepared to attend the opening ceremony.
Most of Torikaze's clothes now leaned toward modern styles. He rarely wore those loose, wide-sleeved garments anymore.
His hair, however, still hung loose around his shoulders, giving him a rather distinctive look at first glance.
Chisato was also getting herself ready. After all, today was the second opening ceremony of the Academy of Arts.
Pretty much every prominent figure in Konoha would be attending.
The three groups from the previous class had achieved dazzling success, which proved that the Academy of Arts was viable.
