When Kushina saw Torikaze and Chisato returning with Mikoto and Sasuke behind them, she immediately went to greet them.
"Hey, big brother, sister-in-law, you finished your inspection so quickly?"
Torikaze nodded. "Yeah. Nothing was wrong; everything was operating normally, so we came back."
"Don't mind us. Go spend time with Mikoto."
Kushina grinned. "Alright, then I'll go find Mikoto."
She then passed Torikaze and Chisato and went to Mikoto's side.
"Little Sasuke, you're here. Naruto's inside. Why don't you go in and find him?"
Sasuke had visited the Cloud Clan Grounds many times already, so he knew the place well.
"Okay, Aunt Kushina. I'll go find Naruto now."
Before Sasuke left, however, Kushina gave him an extra reminder. "Xin is here too. You two have to take good care of your little sister. Don't bully her, understand?"
"If you have any toys or snacks, make sure to give them to your little sister first."
Sasuke patted his chest, indicating that it was no problem at all. He was already a man and would take good care of his little sister.
Though Sasuke did not actually like Xin that much. He preferred playing with Naruto.
As it happened, Xin was also rather indifferent toward Sasuke. Neither of them liked the other, though they could not really be said to dislike each other either.
Thus, their relationship remained balanced in this slightly strange way.
Still, Naruto and Xin got along very well, so whenever he played with Sasuke, he would bring Xin along too.
With the children off to play, the adults naturally found time to relax as well.
Kushina and Mikoto carried a pot of tea over to the pavilion.
After sitting down, Mikoto let out a long sigh. "Whew, I can finally have some time to myself."
