Tsunade's Mission

Even if Tsunade still chose not to return to the village, it did not matter. As long as she untangled the knot in her heart and no longer clung to the past, Hiruzen Sarutobi could accept it.

As long as his disciple was safe, that was enough.

Torikaze placed a hand on Hiruzen Sarutobi's shoulder. "Don't worry. If it really doesn't work out, I'll have Shishou step in personally."

Hiruzen Sarutobi repeatedly waved his hands. "Oh, that won't do! Lord Hashirama is of such standing—how could we waste his time and energy on such a trivial matter?"

Waste time and energy? Torikaze felt that Hiruzen Sarutobi had clearly never seen what Hashirama was usually like.

He played games every day and hardly dealt with anything else. Apparently, he had even stayed up playing until the next morning.

Tsunade nearly burst out laughing when she heard that. "You went to see Grandpa? He must have been very serious, right?"

Hiruzen Sarutobi nodded. "Yes. Lord Hashirama was not much different from how I remembered him. I truly can't believe it—why is he so young?"

Torikaze smiled faintly. "That's a secret."

Hiruzen Sarutobi realized that he had inadvertently asked something he should not have, and gave an awkward smile.

"All right, Big Brother Torikaze. Tell me when you're leaving. I'll definitely go persuade Tsunade Senju."

Torikaze nodded. "It'll be within the next couple of days. Arrange your time accordingly."

"Understood." Tsunade had developed a trace of longing for the Another World. She wanted to see what a world without Big Brother Torikaze was really like.

According to Torikaze and Hiruzen Sarutobi, the other Shinobi World was far poorer than this one.

But Tsunade had no more specific idea of what it was like. She could only imagine whatever came to mind.

She pictured
