Tsunade vs. Tsunade

Just as Hiruzen Sarutobi was about to say no, Utatane Koharu grabbed him. "We do need it, Hokage Torikaze. We truly appreciate the trouble."

After chatting for a while longer, the meeting came to an end.

As they left the meeting room, Hiruzen Sarutobi was still holding Torikaze's hand, repeatedly expressing his gratitude.

"Hokage Hiruzen, it's nothing. It's only right for our two villages to help each other. You needn't worry too much."

Hiruzen Sarutobi finally smiled at that. "Yes, that's right. Helping each other is only proper. If Hokage Torikaze needs anything, just tell me. We'll do our utmost to satisfy you."

Torikaze gave a nod. "Of course. I won't stand on ceremony with you."

After leaving the meeting room, Torikaze and the other two returned to the inn. This time, they had been assigned rooms reserved for receiving Daimyos or Kage from other nations.

However, war had been frequent over the years, so building such a place had been completely pointless.

No Daimyo or Kage had ever come to Konoha. They all viewed Konoha as a fat piece of meat, ready to be carved up at any time.

But those days had long passed. Though no foreigners had come, Torikaze and his companions counted, didn't they?

The large inn, completed long ago, finally welcomed major guests today.

After entering, the three of them each found a bedroom and prepared to rest. They were truly a little exhausted.

There was nothing to do that evening, so they could take some time to rest.

While the three of them relaxed, Tsunade had only just arrived at the largest casino near the Land of Fire.

She had heard that easy marks often appeared here, so Tsunade waited there.

She was ready to catch one of those fat sheep off guard.
