"You're too gentle, Feng Ye."

Erza sighed helplessly.

Feng Ye smiled. "Lucy already understands her mistake. As long as she understands and won't repeat it, that's enough. Holding people accountable for the past isn't Fairy Tail's style."

Erza's gaze softened a little as she looked at Lucy. She put away her sword and pointed at the towering ruins in the center of the island.

"Is that the place?"

Lucy nodded immediately.

Erza started toward the ruins. "Then let's hurry over."

Feng Ye stepped forward as well, glancing at Lucy, who was still standing there in a daze. He chuckled. "What's wrong? Do you want me to carry you?"

Lucy's cheeks flushed. She quickly shook her head and hurried after them.

The three soon crossed the woods and mountain forests, arriving at the ruins in the center of Karna Island.

The massive ancient ruins towered before them. They resembled an unusual pyramid-shaped structure, with a distinctly ancient style.

Erza frowned slightly as she looked at the ruins. "I can't sense Natsu's or Gray's magic power. Are you sure they're inside?"

"Yes. This is where we encountered the enemy."

Lucy nodded, her expression turning grave. "I don't know the details, but the people trying to revive the demon are very strong. Natsu, Gray, and I got separated during the fighting... Anyway, stopping them from reviving that demon comes first."

Feng Ye stood before the ruins with his hands behind his back. His gaze penetrated the structure, reaching its lowest central chamber, where a demon lay frozen inside an enormous block of ice.
