Flames wreathed Natsu's fists as he roared and charged into Phantom Lord's many mages. After a brief pause, Phantom Lord's mages also began shouting and unleashed all manner of magical attacks at him.

"Don't get cocky, Fairy Tail!"

"You'll never defeat Phantom Lord!"

Led by Natsu, Fairy Tail's magic collided in midair with the magic power of Phantom Lord's three guilds. Multicolored light scattered in every direction, and the terrifying shockwaves that erupted blasted apart the surrounding air.

Laxus's gaze was icy. Bathed in lightning, he rushed into the crowd in an instant, and with a single punch sent four or five Phantom Lord mages flying.

The terrifying force of that blow, combined with the lightning surrounding Laxus, made the nearby mages reveal looks of horror. Fear quickly filled their eyes.

That dark magic power came from a short mage some distance away, one of the guild masters of the other two guilds allied with Phantom Lord!
