Ultear and the Magic Orbs

This was an open plain. The soil was withered yellow and devoid of life, the earth dry and parched. It was an area in eastern Fiore Kingdom where water was relatively scarce.

Two figures were making their way across the yellowed land. The one in front was a man with purple hair tied in a ponytail.

He was Neinhart, one of Ishgar's Balam Alliance and the master of Eternal Night Sanctuary, the strongest of the four major Dark Guilds!

Following at his side was a little girl who looked to be around twelve years old.

It was Ultear herself.

After Feng Ye had used Time Reversal to return her to the age of twelve and fixed her body in that state, no method could undo it. She could only exist in this form. When she was at the Magic Council, she normally used illusion magic to maintain her original appearance.

After taking a few steps forward, Neinhart stopped and glanced around.

Ultear followed behind him, taking a deep breath as a faint glimmer flashed through her eyes. She looked around, but detected nothing unusual nearby.

Back when Tempest Serena had gathered the Seven Magic Orbs, one of them had been in Neinhart's possession. Serena had paid a tremendous price to trade for it, and only then had Neinhart handed the Magic Orb over. However, he had also tampered with it slightly at the time.
