"Necromancer? How could there be necromancers within the Orc Empire?"

When Yan mentioned necromancers, the Beast Emperor's reaction remained fairly ordinary, but Leo was the first to cry out in alarm.

This Beamon king, who had weathered many storms, seemed to have an especially deep impression of necromancers. He grew so agitated as he spoke that he began coughing, clearly causing his injuries to flare up again.

"King Leo, are your injuries all right?"

The Beast Emperor expressed concern for Leo's condition. Whether it was merely the tactic of one in power or genuine concern, at least his attitude was there.

"Your Majesty, thank you for your concern. My injuries are not serious."

Leo waved a hand to indicate that he was fine, then hurriedly added, "We cannot afford to overlook the matter of necromancers. I do not know whether Your Majesty still remembers how my father, the previous Behemoth King, died."

A look of recollection appeared in the Beast Emperor's eyes. "The previous Behemoth King... I remember that he was the strongest warrior in the Orc Empire at the time. Even the Four-Winged Fallen Angel of his generation was no match for him.

His death was exceedingly sudden, and the entire nation was thrown into an uproar. Could it be that his death was connected to a necromancer?"

By the end, the Beast Emperor had grown solemn. He knew that necromancers existed within the Orc Empire. After all, chaos was the prevailing theme of the orc lands, and the orcs' powerful physiques made them more suitable for undead refinement than ordinary humans or demons.

However, successive Beast Emperors had hoped to recruit necromancers, so they had sealed off much of the related information. Even the Orc Empire's upper ranks and the heads of its major clans mostly did not
