A ball of golden light streaked over the City of Sin, accompanied by a childish voice and several figures.
Dragonling carried the cheering little princess and the sour-faced Dongfang Fenghuang on his back, while his two claws dangled Chen Nan as he brought them all before Yan Kuan.
"Little Yan Brother!"
The moment little princess Chu Yu saw Yan Kuan, delight appeared on her face, and she threw herself onto him. Dongfang Fenghuang pursed her lips, looking even more displeased.
But Chen Nan had it worse. Dangling from Dragonling's two claws, unable to break free, he was shaken around like a toy. Dragonling was still having plenty of fun, seemingly remembering how this fellow had pointed an arrow at him. When it came to tormenting people, he was no less capable than the little princess.
"Do you know what you did wrong?"
Yan Kuan pulled the little princess onto his lap, though that position was rather challenging to one's self-control.
"I know I was wrong, Little Yan Brother."
Chu Yu apologized with great sincerity, but she had no intention of changing. She would do it again in the future; she simply could not stay idle. Besides, Yan Kuan's punishments... how should she put it? She did not dislike them. She even looked forward to them somewhat.
Yan Kuan beckoned, and Dragonling tossed Chen Nan onto the ground before flying to Yan Kuan's feet like an eager pet dragon. After shrinking to about a foot long, he resembled a round golden ball. Plump and adorable, he continuously rubbed his head against Yan Kuan's palm.
The little golden dragon was just over a foot long and glittered brilliantly. Though he had the body of an Eastern divine dragon, he possessed a pair of Western dragon wings.
"Little
