In the Rush

Roy's trip to the Black Iron Mine was very rushed.

He led a team of one hundred Half-Elf Warrior and one hundred Dark Moon Elf Warrior along the northern section of the Sudaso Mountain Range. After only half a day, they entered the edge of the Doroggy Wasteland, a desolate grassland covered with thorny vines.

These vines are thin and tough; if a galloping warhorse trips on them, it can easily fall flat on its face.

Only Unicorn Wild Ox with tough armor plates on their lower legs can tear this thorny vine apart without hurting their legs.

The group traveled more than 20 kilometers north along the edge of the Doroggy Wasteland and arrived at the southern part of the Gaxi Mountain Range.

The mountain was covered with a patch of bluish-purple moss and shrubs, and the entire mountainside was filled with strange colors, while the peaks were a dark color, like a solid piece of Magic Black Iron.

Roy left in a hurry this time, and many things at the North Mithril Mine were not finished and had to be put on hold for the time being.

Roy left all the Half-Elf Warrior he brought from the Second Mine at the North Mithril Mine. These Half-Elf Warrior were recruited at the Mithril Mine; just two weeks ago they were miners, but now they were Half-Elf Warrior ...

If we don't take back the mine soon, the Black Iron Mine may be abandoned.

Roy didn't feel any regret about the Black Iron Mine, but the Half-Elf miners from those mines would likely be scattered throughout the wilderness of the Gaxi Mountain Range, making it difficult to gather them together later.

The Gaxi Mountain Range stretch across the central heart of the Pagisto Plateau.

The southern part of the Gaxi Mountain Range is adjacent to the Sudaso Mountain Range and the Doroggy Wasteland, so the North Mithril Mine is very close to the Gaxi South Black Iron Mine, even much closer than the South Mithril Mine, only a two-day journey by horse.

This Black Iron Mine does not run through the entire Gaxi Mountain Range.

Only the three snow-capped peaks at the southern end of the mountain range contain some Black Iron Mine, or rather, these three dark-colored snow-capped mountains are made of Black Iron Mine, with black iron ore covering the entire mountain.

The three main peaks are Xiwana Mountain, Aorilian Mountain, and Aidasi Mountain. They are arranged from south to north, with Xiwana Mountain being the southernmost and Aidasi Mountain being the northernmost of the three snow-capped peaks.

The Gaxi South Black Iron Mine is located in a valley on the Sunny Slope of Xiwana Mountain.

The Central Gaxic Black Iron Mine is located in the southeast of the Aorilian Mountain.

The Gaxi North Black Iron Mine is located between Mount Aydas and Aorilian Mountain.

Roy's first stop was the Gaxi South Black Iron Mine. The Half-Elf Warrior formed a long line on the Mountain Road, with Roy riding at the head of the group.

A castle was also built at the Gaxi South Black Iron Mine. This castle was smaller than the South Mithril Mine, and the entire castle was built of black iron ore, making it blend into the snow-capped peak in front of it.

As Roy rode his horse closer to the mine, the Black Iron Mine Castle suddenly opened, and a squad of Silver Moon Elf Warrior rushed out. The officer in the lead was the commander of this Guard Regiment.

Upon seeing Roy, he simply said, "This place is yours. I will take the Mine Owners and his family back to Padesto City!"

After the commander of the Guard Regiment finished speaking, some Silver Moon Elf Warrior rode out of the castle, and some Mine Owners ' families also rode out on horseback with their luggage, waiting outside the castle.

Roy nodded to him.

Clearly, the commander of the Guard Regiment had overheard something and had taken care of these matters beforehand.

When Roy saw the Elf Warrior of the Guard Regiment begin to withdraw from the castle, he hurriedly led the Half-Elf Warrior into the castle and rushed to their respective posts, mainly to prevent the miners in the mine from taking the opportunity to launch a riot.

The castle was built against the mountain, with half of the building hidden inside the mountain and integrated with the Black Iron Mine.

Roy walked through the living room to the back of a long corridor. At the end of the corridor, a large iron gate was open, leading to a huge space that resembled a cave in a mountain, about the size of a small opera house. Inside was a very solid furnace, from which hot lava continued to flow.

A pungent smell of sulfur filled the entire corridor...

The residential area inside the castle was in complete disarray.

With the departure of the Silver Moon Elf Guard Regiment, they have probably taken all the valuables that could be carried away from the castle.

The only thing that hasn't changed is the Black Iron Mine at the back...

By the time Roy and his Half-Elf Warrior had completely taken control of the Black Iron Mine, the Silver Moon Elf Guard Regiment had vanished without a trace.

Roy then publicly announced that he would officially take over the mine. Next, he urgently recruited the Half-Elf miners from the Black Iron Mine. Although the Half-Elf miners had been freed, due to the current special circumstances, all Half-Elf miners had to join the Half-Elf Guard Squad.

The Half-Elf miners were used to obedience and had no objection to Roy's demands.

Some of the Half-Elf miners even continued to mine for Black Iron Mine in the mines...

Hearing that they could regain their freedom if they could just get through this period, the Half-Elf miners became even more obedient.

After Roy quickly took over the Gaxi South Black Iron Mine, he immediately led the Half-Elf Warrior to the Gaxi Central Black Iron Mine Central Gaxic Black Iron Mine and swiftly took control of it.

Under the cover of night, Roy led a hundred Dark Moon Elf Warrior swiftly across a mountainous area; ahead lay the Gaxi North Black Iron Mine.

He had already taken over two Black Iron Mine without stopping, and the one in front of him was the last one. His warhorse was covered in sweat and kept breathing out hot air as it ran, showing that the warhorse had also reached its physical limit.

Roy channeled a burst of Holy Light Power into the warhorse's body, and sure enough, the warhorse's condition improved significantly...

The Dark Moon Elf Warrior behind him were already a hundred meters away.

Looking at the sky that was about to darken, Roy decided to press on, because once it got dark, they wouldn't be able to continue their journey.

The Silver Moon Elf Warrior pointed inside and said, "The commander is distributing supplies to the Half-Elf miners inside the castle. Where are you from? We're about to leave this mine..."

"I'm here to take over this mine!"

Roy shouted something and rushed into the mine.

Clearly, the commander of the Guard Regiment was worried that the mine would descend into chaos after their withdrawal, and that the Half-Elf miners would suffer losses, so he gave them some supplies before leaving.

Once they leave the Black Iron Mine, these Half-Elf will also leave the Black Iron Mine.
