Roy stood on the highest Lookout Platform of the City Hall, watching the Magic Airship fly further and further away, its figure at the bow gradually disappearing from sight.

Moira rarely acts this way, but once she's made up her mind, she's not easily persuaded...

Roy turned and walked slowly down the steps from the Lookout Platform.

He walked into Mulin's office and asked Mulin, who was signing documents, "Which assassin squadron is currently on leave in Plateau City?"

Mulin stopped, stuck the Quill Pen into the Ink Bottle, looked up at Roy and said:

"Second Squadron of the Assassin Squad".

Roy nodded, sat down in a chair opposite Mulin's table, and said, "Pass the word that their vacation is officially over immediately, and they must report to the City Hall right away!"

"Did you hear that?! Quickly pass the word down..."

Mulin waved to the adjutant standing to the side and said with a hint of helplessness.

"Yes, Your Excellency."

The adjutant agreed and quickly left the office.

Mulin asked Roy with some curiosity:

"Now all the evidence points to that Half-Elf gatherer selling fake Winter Thorn Grass. I originally planned to have the Half-Elf guards conduct a wide-net investigation in the Free Market, but now... how do you plan to investigate?"

"If we've decided to get involved, we should do it thoroughly," Roy said.

Turning to look out the window, Roy saw the gray, hazy Gaxi Mountain Range. He said to Mulin, "I heard that Winter Thorn Grass was found in the snow-capped mountains in the Northern Plateau. Woods has already left the Plateau City and is heading to the Northern Plateau snow-capped mountain region to investigate. I estimate that he will catch up with the supply team heading to the Gazan Ancestral Land before dark."

Mulin leaned back in her chair, her mouth agape in an 'O' shape, staring at Roy in disbelief.

"You sent Woods out to the snowy mountains in the Northern Plateau to look for Winter Thorn Grass?"

"To be precise, it was Woods himself who wanted to go to the Northern Plateau to look for Winter Thorn Grass," Roy explained.

Roy waited in Mulin's office for a while, and then Deputy Commander Tennyson strode in from outside and saluted Roy and Mulin.

"Tennyson, did you take leave with the Second Squadron this time?" Mulin asked Deputy Commander Tennyson curiously, her elbows propped on the table, her fingers interlaced, and the back of her hand resting on her pointed chin.

"I originally planned to cross the wilderness and head to the Kaltim Mountain Range after the Second Squadron's leave ended," Deputy Commander Tennyson explained to Mulin, then turned to Roy and asked, "Boss Roy, why are you in such a hurry to see us... what are your orders?"

Roy waved his hand, signaling Mulin to speak first, "Let Mulin explain the current situation to you first, and then I will assign you a task."

"It's actually a business dispute between Silvermoon Elf Merchants and Half-Elf gatherers, but it's gotten a bit out of hand... That's the gist of it!" Mulin explained to Vice Commander Tennyson.

"Now, your Second Squadron of Dark Moon Elf Warrior needs to keep an eye on those Elf Merchants involved and prevent them from leaving Plateau City. That's the first thing..."

Roy paused for a moment, then continued, "The second thing is for you to investigate the Silvermoon Elf Merchants ' confidants and the other Half-Elf gatherers in the Free Market, and see if you can uncover any new information..."

"Yes, Boss Roy!"

After receiving the assignment, Deputy Commander Tennyson left Mulin's office.

On a main street near the Free Market, Vice Commander Tennyson and several Dark Moon Elf Warrior were hiding in a general Grocery Store.

A Dark Moon Elf Warrior ran into the street, pointed at the Half-Elf walking briskly towards them from a distance, and whispered in Tennyson's ear, "Boss, he's the elf we're looking for. I just saw him talking intimately with that Silvermoon Elf Merchants."

"Take him back."

Tennyson strode out of the Grocery Store and headed straight for the Assassin Squad Military Camp.

Four Dark Moon Elf Warrior strode into the street and surrounded the Half-Elf follower from four directions.

By the time the Half-Elf realized that an elf was watching him, the Dark Moon Elf Warrior had already begun to act.

Two Dark Moon Elf Warrior held down the arms of the Half-Elf servant, while another Dark Moon Elf Warrior came up from behind and stretched out an arm from behind him, tightly choking his neck.

The Half-Elf follower didn't even have time to struggle before being forced to leave the bustling street by four Dark Moon Elf Warrior.

They took away the Silvermoon Elf Merchants's follower, their faces filled with panic.

He secretly breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the standard armor worn by the Dark Moon Elf Warrior.

Four Dark Moon Elf Warrior led the follower to the Assassin Squad Military Camp.

This Half-Elf was able to bow respectfully upon seeing Vice Commander Tennyson.

This shows that the Half-Elf has a decent mental fortitude.

Vice Commander Tennyson sat on the chair on the high platform, glanced down at the Half-Elf, and said bluntly, "I sent someone to invite you here today because I want to talk to you about your Boss. I heard that your Boss bought a fake Winter Thorn Grass from a Half-Elf gatherer. Can you tell me what happened?"

The Half-Elf kept his head down, a troubled smile on his face, and whispered:

"Even if you are the sheriff of the Plateau City, I cannot speak recklessly. But if it is just a matter of recounting what happened, that is acceptable."

Upon hearing Half-Elf said, Vice Commander Tennyson frowned in displeasure.

The Half-Elf continued, "I was just wandering around the Free Market with my Boss, trying to talk to the gatherers. Since there were no Magic Herbs to buy Free Market, we had to try to persuade them to sell us the Magic Herbs."

"Actually, we could still buy some high-level Magic Herbs a while ago, but perhaps due to the lifting of the dimensional barrier, we simply can't buy any Magic Herbs these days."

"We met that Half-Elf gatherer; he came to us on his own initiative. He was carrying a Demon Sealing Box. Our Boss was naturally delighted to see a Magic Herbs gatherer come to us..."

The attendant rambled on and on, but offered no useful information, and his eyes darted around, revealing that his long-winded speech had been prepared in advance.

Tennyson did not ask any further questions.

"If everything you've said is true, you may never see me again. If some of what you've said is fabricated, you may not have this opportunity to talk so eloquently the next time you see me... If you suddenly remember anything in the next few days, you can come here to find me anytime."

After speaking, Vice Commander Tennyson waved to the Dark Moon Elf Warrior beside him, and a Dark Moon Elf Warrior led the Half-Elf follower out of the Assassin Squad Military Camp.

"Boss, are we just going to release them like this?" a trusted aide standing to the side asked Deputy Commander Tennyson.

Vice Commander Tennyson looked coldly at his confidant. "What else do you want? Do you think we can treat him like an enemy on the battlefield, cutting off his fingers one by one?"

"Uh... I thought I'd at least get a few lashes." The confidant chuckled.

Tennyson pointed to his head and mocked his confidant, "No matter what you do, you'd better use your brain more often."

Then, Deputy Commander Tennyson walked out of the military camp.

Tennyson arrived at the Free Market and then began a series of investigations into the Half-Elf friends of the herb gatherer.

When Tennyson revealed his identity, the responses from the Half-Elf gatherers still surprised Tennyson somewhat:

"I'm not familiar with him. We usually gather Magic Herbs separately and never interact..."

"I've heard of him, but we're not very familiar with each other!"

"When he agreed to sell the Magic Herbs to the Silvermoon Elf Merchants, we broke off all ties completely. I never saw his Winter Thorn Grass."

"You mean that traitor who was willing to sell Magic Herbs to the Silvermoon Elf Merchants? How would I know him! Just hearing his name makes me feel unlucky!"

Tennyson discovered that the Half-Elf gatherer seemed to have offended all the potion gatherers in the Plateau City all at once.

No elf was willing to defend him; some even stated that they hoped the Half-Elf gatherer would receive the punishment he deserved.

Upon reaching this point in the investigation, Vice Commander Tennyson realized just how complicated the matter was. He had initially thought it was just a simple trade dispute, but now it seemed that this Half-Elf gatherer had incurred the wrath of many.

The Magic Airship flew through the Sudaso Mountain Range, the crisscrossing mountains, Hilly Mountain Area in the Southern Plateau, and the Thousand Ren Mountain Range. It flew in the Wind Stream Layer for a day and a night and finally arrived safely over Sun Island Bay before dawn.

Moira was still sleeping in bed, but Miss Tiffany could already smell the sea breeze and couldn't stand lying in the bathtub any longer.

She put on her Sharkscale Dress and stood on the deck, thinking about what Roy had said to her before she left...

At that time, Miss Tiffany asked Roy:

'What do you want to do?'

Roy paused briefly, then whispered to Miss Tiffany:

'Can you hypnotize?'

Miss Tiffany's eyes widened, and she said, somewhat speechless, "Who told you that? I'm Water-based Mage, okay! Succubi are skilled in hypnosis, but for putting people to sleep and infiltrating their dreams, the siren Jiezena is more adept."

'You mean Jiezena can enter other people's dreams and investigate the truth?'

Miss Tiffany nodded and said:

'Pretty much, she can bring the fairies who hear her song into her dreams...'

Roy's eyes immediately lit up, and he said excitedly:

' Tiffany, if I were to ask her to come... would she come and help me with this?'

It was this conversation that led Miss Tiffany and Moira to this impromptu trip to Sun Island Bay.
