"As for those Gray Dwarf prisoners, send them all to Plateau City. Put the capable ones in the Forging Workshop, and send the incapable ones down the mines. You'll be returning there in a few days anyway, so you can take them back with you."

Mulin said with some dissatisfaction. Then she braced both hands against the table and asked Roy, "Won't doing this scare off the other Imperial Merchants from trading with you?"
Roy hesitated for a moment before replying calmly, "It might have some effect, but it won't stop every Imperial Merchant from trading with us. The Magic Herbs market is currently a seller's market.
