In the captain's cabin, Roy stood by the wall.
A huge sea chart hung on the wall beside him, covering the entire surface.
The chart showed the Eternal Night Forest where the Dark Moon Elves lived, the Mensa Plain where the Orc Tribe lived, and the entire West Coast...
Roy glanced at Great Mage Greimus and said,
"The last time I came to Castleton Harbour, I made a promise to the Half-Elves here. I said I would hire Imperial Merchant ships to take them to Kui Island."
As he said this, a trace of annoyance appeared in Roy's eyes.
He continued:
"I left this matter to the Imperial Merchant Darwin. The news quickly spread among the Imperial Merchants. Not only that, it also spread among the Half-Elves. Many Half-Elves rushed to various ports, waiting for ships to take them to Kui Island."
The elves seated around him immediately realized where the problem lay. They had all come from Kui Island.
"But now, aside from the batch of Half-Elves Imperial Merchant Darwin sent to Kui Island, only Imperial Merchant Moses has delivered four shiploads of Half-Elves."
Roy tapped his forehead irritably and said to everyone:
"But he didn't just bring us Half-Elves. He also brought one hundred thousand Gray Dwarves. Only now did I learn that Commander Marchio belongs to the Gray Dwarves' Northern Army Fleet."
The sisters Moira and Sabrina exchanged looks. They understood what Roy meant as well.
"Now, Imperial Merchants have transported large numbers of Half-Elves from ports across the Elf Continent, but those Half-Elves were not sent to Kui Island. Our Magic Airship traveled all the way from Kui Island, yet we did not see a single Imperial Merchant ship along the route."
Roy pointed at the sea chart, tracing upward toward the West
