Long Fei overwhelmed Dikla in their mobile-suit duel and accused him of betraying the people of Mars, while Dikla insisted he would rather destroy Mars than let Long Fei rule it. Meanwhile, the Betty sisters and their trapped colleagues repaired machines with salvaged parts and escaped the meteorite fragment with sixteen machines ready to fight.
Betty's group escaped their meteorite and joined the battle to rescue colleagues trapped in the meteorite cluster threatening Mars. The triplets' Tricolor Grimoire Mode turned enemy remote weapons against their pilots, while Long Fei confronted Dikla as more meteorites arrived.
Long Fei defeated Dikla as the Meteorite Clusters and the forces attacking Mars were destroyed. He revealed that Fahedina, disguised as Kuroda Seiya, had killed Dikla's father and manipulated Dikla's rebellion, leaving Dikla overwhelmed by regret.
Long Fei and his allies confronted Hundred Demons Night Parade’s elite forces, including Crimson Yaksha units and Demon Centipedes, and discovered that many of their pilots were artificial Newtypes driven insane by brutal experiments. As the battle spread, Harute III disabled the Crimson Yaksha’s remote beam-disc darts with a Plasma Field Grenade, giving allied forces a chance to destroy them.
Long Fei and his allies discovered how to destroy the darts and uncovered the Crimson Yaksha's Micron-layer Armor weakness to physical attacks. The pilots exploited that weakness, and Gundam Dynames R3 tore through multiple Crimson Yakshas.
The Dion Pirate Group launched its final nuclear missile attack while Long Fei’s forces battled Crimson Yakshas and two Demon Centipede Mobile Armors emerging from the second Meteorite Cluster. The Guardian Fleet suffered losses, and the battle continued as the Demon Centipedes demonstrated their modular weapons and strong beam-resistant armor.
Another Delta Kai and the allied Gundams battled the Crimson Yaksha and Demon Centipedes as Ibaraki Doji, Deyang’s ruby-colored personal machine, emerged from the Meteorite Cluster. Li Xiucheng’s EX-S engaged Ibaraki Doji, whose ability to absorb cannon energy let it overpower EX-S’s Spirit Beam Cannon until ALICE destroyed a pursuing throwing blade.
Li Xiucheng and Alice exploited EX-S's refracting cannons and electromagnetic rifle against Deyang's Ibaraki Doji, while Long Fei's forces fought through the enemy fleet. Long Fei's cannon fire exposed a huge concealed object in the Meteorite Cluster, which he suspected was a new warship developed by Hundred Demons Night Parade.
The Guardian Fleet battled the Hundred Demons Night Parade’s forces and exposed the hidden Yata Mirror II Battleship, whose Demon Centipedes disrupted Long Fei’s long-range attacks. Li Xiucheng and Deyang continued their duel while Li took a brief break, leaving Alice to control EX-S.
The Sky Wing Army fleet returned to attack the Hundred Demons Night Parade Unit from behind, while Long Fei’s forces fought off a missile barrage with a newly coordinated point defense system. As the Yata Mirror II Battleship prepared its Amaterasu Mirror, its commander activated the weapon against the Guardian Fleet.
The Guardian Fleet’s Giant’s Shields blocked the Amaterasu Mirror, which instead devastated the Dion Pirate Group and its meteorite cover. As the Hundred Demons Night Parade fleet advanced toward Mars, a surprise Skywing Mercenary Group fleet attacked it with missiles.
Li Xiucheng defeated Deyang after destroying Ibaraki Doji with EX-S, then joined the battle against the Hundred Demons Night Parade fleet. The fleet launched a massive thruster-driven meteorite toward Mars, prompting Long Fei to order its destruction at all costs.
The Skywing forces crippled the Hundred Demons Night Parade fleet, but hidden traps inside the massive meteorite slowed their attempt to stop it from striking Mars. With the capital in immediate danger and reinforcements too far away, Long Fei sent the Bull Gundam to confront the meteorite.
Long Fei and pilots from across the Skywing Empire pushed against a massive meteorite threatening Mars while fighting continued inside it. As their machines faltered, comrades rescued one another, and the united force continued its effort to save the planet.
As a meteorite threatened Mars, Long Fei received the mental strength of countless Newtypes and the sacrifices of Boske, Fadis, and Julius. Their power formed the Mental Star River, which stopped the meteorite from advancing, though its fate remained unresolved.
Long Fei used the Mental Star River to evacuate his allies and push the meteor away, but his power grew beyond his control and tore open a Mental Space Tunnel. The tunnel swallowed Bull Gundam, nearby forces, and the meteor before vanishing, leaving his family believing he was dead while Long Quan sensed he was alive.
After Long Fei vanished into a spatial rift, Taoxiang took over the empire and carried out his plans while holding onto hope that he would return. At Long Quan’s sixth birthday celebration, the young prince summoned the RX-0 Phenex, the gift his father had left for him.
