Long Fei sheltered the Mars Sphere rebels, built ties with the Dion Empire, and helped settle the Reink Nation and Longsog Kingdom while his family grew. As Salamander rose to command covert and disciplinary units, the Sky Wing Mercenaries exposed a Wanluo Federation plot and prepared retaliation.

• The Sky Wing Mercenaries defeated the Anglusa Army, restored Wayne Nation’s former president, and Long Fei refused calls to invade the Anglo-Saxon Democratic Republic.
• Long Fei discussed Newtypes in an interview, studied ways to identify and develop their abilities, and denied responsibility for an attack on the Anglo-Saxon Democratic Republic.
• The Cross Vanguard rescued Dion Empire rebels fleeing the Mars Sphere, and Long Fei offered them refuge after learning of the empire’s hierarchy favoring Saint Humans and Coordinators.

Long Fei’s forces broke the Wanluo Federation’s resistance while he welcomed his twin daughters and Salamander investigated corruption in Longsog. After peace with Wanluo, the Dion Empire’s power came into focus, and Kuroda’s identity and motive were revealed.

• The Skywing Mercenary Group and Cross Vanguard Army routed Wanluo forces, captured a research base, and defeated the Federation’s counterattack before its internal unrest forced President Purvi from office.
• Long Fei and Taoxiang welcomed twin daughters Long Guo and Long Fu, celebrated their full moon, and shared family time before Long Fei returned to work.
• Salamander investigated and punished corrupt officials in the Skywing Group and Longsog, then rejected Princess Youyou’s attempts to win him back.
• Wanluo voters removed Purvi, Rice became president, and Long Fei agreed to peace negotiations that ended the fighting between the Federation and the Skywing Mercenary Group.

After the Anglo-Saxon Democratic Republic suffered major losses, Long Fei chose to study Dion’s forces through a simulated confrontation rather than enter the war.

• Long Fei welcomed his twin daughters and studied Newtype births, then brought Taoxiang and the girls home for the festival and accepted Xu Jingyun as their godmother.
• Fadis Samulas III arrived at the Pope’s conference, where he and Long Fei clashed over the rights of Newtypes and ordinary humans, while Dion forces later attacked Alexandre’s fleet and Long Fei captured him.
• Fadis accepted Long Fei’s demands for Alexandre’s release, and Skywing examined the surrendered warships and began considering new vessels and weapons.
