The three glaring "eliminated" marks stood out painfully on the file. Even Senju Tobirama, Senju Butsuma's son, had been assassinated. It showed that this war had entered its most intense stage.

But for Uchiha Gin, whose identity had yet to fully adjust, killing a child under ten was something he simply could not accept.

"I was punched by someone from the Senju Clan, and my head hit a rock. My recent memories have become scrambled. Sorry about that."

Seeing Uchiha Gin's injury, Uchiha Ryoichi expressed his understanding. Given Uchiha Gin's level, taking a fully charged punch from a powerful Senju Clan fighter and not having his internal organs pulverized on the spot was already a blessing from the ancestors.

Having successfully bluffed his way through, Uchiha Gin took the opportunity while flipping through the documents to calm himself and revisit the original owner's memories.

Uchiha Gin was more like Uchiha Tajima's son than a nephew. As several of Uchiha Tajima's children were born, the teenage Uchiha Gin, as the "big brother," took on the duty of protecting the Clan Leader's sons.

But war was cruel, after all. The enemy's butcher's blade would not stop simply because someone was a child. On the contrary, anyone who stood in their path, regardless of age or gender, was an enemy.

During one battle, the Uchiha Clan Land was attacked by enemies. Uchiha Tajima had taken all the young fighters to the front lines to resist the enemy, leaving only women and children behind in the Clan Grounds. As the guard of the Clan Leader's family, Uchiha Gin was left behind to protect Uchiha Tajima's wife and children.

Because he lacked strength, Uchiha Gin was knocked down in a single exchange. The cruel enemies forcibly pried open his eyelids and brutally slaughtered Uchiha Tajima's Wife and her three young children right before his eyes.

"What a piece of trash. His eyes still won't open even after that. It's fine for garbage like this to stay alive."

The culprit laughed loudly as he mocked the ashen-faced Uchiha Gin.

After mercilessly slaughtering everyone in the Clan Grounds, the enemies left behind only Uchiha Gin, who had screamed himself numb. After all, no matter how someone like him grew, he would never pose any threat to them.

After the enemies swaggered away, Uchiha Gin, having lost his soul, knelt amid the pile of corpses for three days. The bodies had begun to rot and stink, yet he did not notice in the slightest.

Later, Uchiha Tajima returned. When he saw the horrific scene, two lines of bloody tears streamed from his Sharingan on the spot.

The one fortunate thing amid the disaster was that Madara, the eldest son, and Izuna, the second son, had reached the age to go to war. Uchiha Tajima had taken them with him when he left this time, allowing the two young boys to escape the calamity.

Yet Uchiha Tajima never pursued the matter with Uchiha Gin, the sole survivor.

After all, in his view, Uchiha Gin had been completely ruined by the shock of that incident. Whether he lived or died made no difference.

"It makes sense, but these memories still feel strange. It's like they were arranged in advance. Isn't the tragedy a little too perfectly justified?"

What mattered most now was understanding his own strength. That was the foundation of his survival. The original Uchiha Gin could not even defeat the ten-year-old Uchiha Madara before Madara awakened his Sharingan.

What level of strength was that? It made Uchiha Gin deeply worried, so he used the original owner's memories to roughly understand the current classification of strength.

Since the later titles of Jonin, Chunin, and Genin did not yet exist, individual combat power could roughly be divided into Leader, Elder, General Captain, Captain, and Ordinary Combatant.

They probably corresponded to Leader—Kage Level, Elder—Pseudo-Kage Level, General Captain—Elite Jonin, Captain—Jonin, Ordinary Combatant—Special Jonin, Chunin, and fodder—Genin.

Uchiha Tajima, Senju Butsuma, Uzumaki Ashina of the Uzumaki Clan, Sarutobi Yukimura of the Sarutobi Clan, and the Clan Leaders of several other great clans should all possess Kage Level strength.

The second Leaders and Elders of each clan should be at Pseudo-Kage Level, the kind of level where they could stand alongside Kage Level fighters after risking their lives.

His Captain, Uchiha FengHuo, had awakened the Three Tomoe Sharingan and should fall somewhere between Elite Jonin and Jonin. Uchiha Ryoichi and the others had awakened Two Tomoe, putting them roughly at the level of Special Jonin or Chunin.

The original owner, meanwhile, was rather pathetic. He had yet to awaken his Sharingan. His taijutsu was mediocre, his swordsmanship was barely passable but nothing impressive, and the only ninjutsu he seemed to have was the merciful, nonlethal technique, Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. His only redeeming quality was that his Shuriken accuracy was fairly good.

Overall assessment: fodder. Complete garbage.
