After defeating Zhang Meng in one exchange, he stood among the school’s core disciples as the Wuyou Alliance and Black Tiger Hall loomed over Qinghe County.

• Fang Yuan accepted Zhao Tie’s advice to focus on his saber practice, then agreed to escort the Baimao Merchant Guild caravan and asked Zhao Tie to watch over his family.
• Fang Yuan joined Wang Yushuang’s caravan, where Tu Lie mocked him, and he grew suspicious of Tu Lie and his companions during the journey through Black Wind Stronghold territory.
