Starting a television station was an immensely troublesome affair: program schedules, broadcast slots, advertising sponsorships, program reviews, rehearsals, recruiting reporters, hiring professional filming crews, and a whole mountain of other crap.

So Tierra dumped all that crap on Xenophilius, then had him find people to prepare everything—

Otherwise, how could a daughter-obsessed maniac like Xenophilius, who loved excitement and became wildly animated around crowds, possibly skip Horace Slughorn's Yule Ball tonight?

Even if he did not dare do anything, simply coming to see his daughter would have been wonderful.

Wasn't it all because he had been held back by the pile of television-station-startup crap Tierra had dumped on him?

Fortunately, he also enjoyed this sort of work. From the time Tierra assigned it to him to the time he submitted a rough program schedule, only nine days had passed.

Tierra was extremely pleased with that efficiency and deeply moved by such a diligent employee, so—

He scrapped ninety percent of the submitted programs about strange animals, strange plants, and vague mythical legends. He kept only one late-night show called "Strange Tales," then demanded a whole slew of changes: more history programs, news broadcasts, talk shows, explanatory programs about the Muggle World, imported Muggle television dramas, advertising sponsorships, preparations for Wizarding World television dramas, scripts, and much more. Then he sent Xenophilius back to continue revising it.

Xenophilius had worked himself to the bone, burning the midnight oil and neglecting food and sleep until now. He did not even have the time to care about Horace Slughorn's Yule Ball.

Meanwhile, Tierra had stayed at Hogwarts, playing chess and drinking tea with the hundred-year-old empty-nester Dumbledore, while also training the stupid Savior.

Tierra finally understood a little of how the small boss at his previous life's laboratory had felt.
