"A semi-basement." Tierra walked over to the stairs and pointed downward. "It can serve as either a storage room or be converted into a guest room."
"First-floor bathroom." Tierra opened a small room opposite the staircase.
"One upper floor and an attic." Tierra raised a hand and pointed upward. "The upper floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The attic can serve as either a storage room or be converted into a bedroom."
"Besides that, there's hot and cold running water, air conditioning, and a heating system for winter." Tierra continued his introduction. "These are all Muggle technologies. Once you actually move in, I'll have Mr. Weasley explain and introduce them
