After enjoying a week at Hogwarts with no homework, no classes, and no exams, Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny began packing their things—
To be precise, only Harry and Ron were packing. Once Hermione and Ginny learned they would be traveling around Europe, the two girls had already packed everything they needed.
"Hey, Harry, Harry, where's my short-sleeved shirt?" Ron rummaged under his bed. "I remember we bought it together that day, then asked the House-elves to wash it together!"
"I gave it back to you." Harry was impatiently searching through his own clothes as well. "I put it on your bed!"
"On the bed?" Ron froze, then smacked his forehead. "Oh, right, I put it in the drawer!"
Ron stood up from the floor and began searching through his bedside table drawers.
"Aha, I found it!" Ron pulled a pale yellow short-sleeved shirt from the drawer, printed with a goofy gray rabbit.
"Hey, Ron, where's my scarf?" Harry asked. "I remember taking it out the day before yesterday, but I can't find it now!"
"A scarf? What do you need a scarf for? It's summer!" Ron said.
"We're going to Iceland too. Iceland has always been cold!" Harry explained.
"Oh, right, we're going to the Arctic Circle to see the aurora!" Ron slapped his forehead. "I need to pack some thick clothes too!"
"Help me find my scarf first. I remember putting it on the bed." Harry irritably scratched his bird's-nest-like mess of hair.
"Is it that one?" Ron pointed at Harry's pillow. "Look under your pillow."
"Aha! Yes!" Harry lifted the pillow and saw a scarlet-and-gold scarf pressed beneath it, with the Gryffindor emblem printed on it.
"What else?" Harry asked as he stuffed the scarf into a small bag enchanted with the Undetectable Extension Charm.
"My jeans!"
